We stayed at Futura last week, had an amazing time yet again. The food and drink are always 5* and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The apartment we stayed in was really big and would easily sleep 6! Shower was nice and powerful. Thank you Futura for looking after us. Nick and George we will see you next year xx
We arrived at the futura hotel Crete as a late replacement for our trip to Canary Islands being cancelled .and my o my. I’m glad it was. As the hotel we arrived at was so nice. Friendly and clean Rooms were lovely pool so beautiful and bar and restaurant so nice. I cannot praise the staff so much as they were there for our every need very professional kind From top to bottom I thank you for looking after myself and my family . We shall certainly be booking this hotel again I would mention all the names but I have forgotten 1 off the ladies. But Georgina the proprietor thank you and your family off staff for looking after us. Best wishes. James hartwig x
I stayed here in October with family. We arrived late evening and the lady on reception was so friendly and kind. It was so so pleasent to be greeted by such a warm lady. George then showed us our rooms and he was very friendly and helped with bags. We then went to the pool bafr and ordered some food. The staff around the pool and at the bar are so friendly and cannot do enough for the guests(Nick,Big George and Little George). They are also always up for a laugh and want to ensure their guests are happy and enjoying themselves. The food is beautiful, it is reasonably priced too. The apartments are so spacious and the beds are huge! they are very clean also. The hotel overall is very clean. There are good transport links outside the hotel into Chania which takes around 40-50mins. There is a big supermarket a few minutes walk up the road also. The hotel overall is very homely and I would certainly return here. It is well worth the price and I do not have any complaints about this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet location but a friendly and welcoming hotel then this is your place. It is very good value for money. I would certainly return to this hotel. Thank you to all of the staff for looking after us and making us feel welcome.…
Had a lovely 5 days at Futura. A wonderful family run hotel like a home from home. The perfect base to explore the wonderful beaches of Crete. Ephanisi is an absolute must. We hired a car at the airport I found Budget to be the best. Drive to hotel was around 35 mins. The food was amazing and I would of been happy to eat there every night. The room was spotless I couldn't of asked for more. Thank you Giorgina for all your help with everything I am so very grateful and thanks for the cooking tips Nick we are having beef stifado for dinner today. Highly recommended this place.
Despite it being the end of the season, this was a beautiful getaway and a lovely place to stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and looked after very well. At the end of October the pool was a little “fresh” but still enjoyable. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always welcoming and fun. Bar staff in the way of Nick and the two George’s were an entertainment in themselves. Food was lovely too whether you ate in the restaurant or the bar area. An excellent place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Buses run regularly in to Chania and there’s plenty to see there if you want to make the journey. Would highly recommend this hotel.
