This is one of the most unique located little hotels in entire Greece. What a place it is with its direct access to the ocean, superfriendly serviceminded staff and its location IT-sektorn on one of Greece most well preserved and well maintained island. So much history both in near term and long term. A place to relax and enjoy life —”—

Our fourth stay at this beautiful hotel. Unmatched in service and location, our sea view suite looked straight out onto the harbour, affording views of the marine traffic of small boats, the church on the harbour and across to the old mosque. Well appointed rooms, excellent service and access to a protected area of the harbour for swimming was a very welcome opportunity after a day walking around the island. We will certainly return

This beautiful Hotel is right on the waterfront of Kastelorizo harbor. It is located on one of the sides of the harbor, making it close enough to the hustle and bustle of the cafes and tavernas in the harbor center, but also far enough to enjoy your peace and quiet. We were lucky to find a sea-front junior suite available, which gave us our own little private veranda by the sea and jumping in the water for a swim was literally 5 steps from our room door.
There are several different types of rooms, for couples or families, all spacious and with a fully functioning kitchen.
It is a family owned and run boutique hotel and Elina was a great host, helping us in everything with a bright smile. Every evening you may enjoy lovely music in the hotels courtyard.
Picturesque Kastelorizo is a tiny slice of paradise for anyone seeking to relax and enjoy some “down-time” from everyday city madness. There are no sandy beaches on the island but you get to enjoy crustal clear waters swimming right in the harbor or you take a water taxi to the blue cave and other swimming places.

Wonderfully well managed boutique hotel. The reservation process by email was super transparent: the hotel has very clear pictures of each room and you are encouraged to make a booking for a specific room of your choice. The rooms with a view on the harbour front are more expensive but definitely worth it. Breakfast is excellent.
The hotel is perfectly located on the “quiet” side of the harbour and only 5 minutes walk from all the lovely fish restaurants.

We just wanted to say thank you for making our stay with you all so very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived to our departure there was nothing more we could have wanted. Our room was perfectly cleaned as we enjoyed our huge and yummy breakfast each day, all the smiles and conversations were great and the thoughtfulness on our last day when we had the whole day to wait when our ferry was delayed until after 9.30pm was hugely appreciated. Best stay over our month in Greece!

This family run hotel was a dream. The location, the staff, the room and all of the amenities were perfect.
The room was wonderfully equipped with a kitchenette, a balcony and plenty of storage space.
The breakfasts were tasty and there was always a freshly baked treat.
The whole family went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. They even helped us navigate the vagaries of the Greek ferries.
Kastellorizo is the Greek Island you fanticise about.

Lovely owner operated Hotel. Our room opened directly onto the Harbour where we swam 2 or 3,times a day. The room was comfortable and serviced daily while we had a lovely breakfast in the courtyard also overlooking the Harbour. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful and made for a very pleasant week. If we return to Kastellorizo we will definitely try to stay here again.

Hotel was literally few steps away from the sea, where you could swim and have a drink. The room was very clean with a lovely view and all the necessary comforts. The staff was friendly and very helpful with all the details i needed for the island. I don't know what else could anyone ask from a place to stay in Kastellorizo.
Definitely suggest the place.

Well, I would agree with some previous negative remarks:
1) The breakfast is a real issue. The hotel owners have not understood that hotels are not summer camps, and that the guests come to relax, and not to fill in documents in advance stating what they would like to have for the next morning...
2) I also had the coffee problem described by another guest. Hot instant coffee is included in the room' s price, cold shaken coffee (frappee) is not, and charged 3,5 Euros!! No matter that I explained that it had been my favourite coffee and notwithstanding the fact that they charge 130 Euros per night!
3) They even spare the money for the mosquito repellant tablets, although they do provide the appliance!
And something else: they know that the taxi (from the airport) is going to leave you in a good distance from the hotel (the boat even further), and, yet, they do not provide for help with the luggage...
They boast for their famous clients in their website, although the majority of the persons listed as "celebrities" are at least, hmmmm, questionable..... And I was wondering: would they also charge the President of the Hellenic Republic an extra 3,5 Euros amount for the cold shaken coffee? (!)
Although the rooms are clean and spacious , the above are enough to make you a bad mood, and I think that this is equally important on a holiday trip....
They are even pride, as another customer wrote, for the way they obtained property of the land where they built the hotel... Inheritance from an old lady they took care of. Well, hmmm, it does not a very honorable way to acquire a property.
Considering the above, it is really a misdemeanour that they do not offer a receipt by themselves, unless you request it...
What is sure is that they strongly rely on the location of the hotel (at see level with great view over the harbour). Under different ciscumstances, they would not withstand any competition...
