As has been said many times, this is a lovely family run hotel in a delightful beachfront setting - I’m told it’s the only hotel in Tigaki with direct access to the beach. The sunsets every night were incredible from the beach. We heard you can pay to go to Zia to watch the sunsets, but I’d suggest taking the 2 minute stroll to the beach to take it in.

It’s quite out of the main resort, so if you need a choice of restaurants then the best option we found was to jump on the bus. We did this 3 out of the 7 nights (had a great meal at Aliada and I’d say the best souvlaki) we were there. Although initially daunted by having to get the bus, it turned out to be very easy and always on time.

We never found a problem getting a sun lounger and the food (and drink) was very good as well as reasonably priced at the hotel (5.5 Euros for Mythos and around 8 Euros for a decent cocktail). Good breakfast, with plenty of choice and very friendly welcoming staff. Shout out to George on the bar!

Pool towels can be provided by the hotel, with a 5 Euro per towel refundable deposit and room safes are available to hire at 3 Euros a day. This was a slight surprise as I haven’t had to pay for a room safe for quite sometime in a Greek hotel.

It’s definitely a hotel we would go back to.

Ok, so I’ll start with the negative , for me, the mattress in our room ( 11 ) was extremely firm, i understand it’s difficult to please all guests & mattresses need to last. Putting that aside we did have a fabulous week at this hotel, all the staff were friendly & welcoming, it was clean & the breakfast had a good range for a small hotel, we loved the fact it was B&B only, this meant there was always room at the pool bar for drinks & the food was really good , the pool bar man was great, nothing too much trouble & his cocktails were fab , the food & drink was very reasonably priced, we ate here most days. The hotel had its own beach area , the sun beds there were taken most days by people who saved them with their towels , but there was always beds free around the pool . Cars & bicycles are available to hire at reasonable rates . All in all a fab holiday & we would definitely return & would recommend to friends & family

We’ve just returned from a week with our 2 teenage children and this hotel is a GEM! The pictures just don’t do it justice, Valentino at the pool bar works so hard and the cocktails are amazing. The restaurant on site is lovely, breakfast for us was included.. different things daily but you can get the staples bacon, toast, etc. The kids loved the chocolate crepes, nothing is unreasonable priced at Irina. I would recommend hiring the bikes from reception for 5 euros a day, nice little ride into Tigaki. Equally on the corner there is a bus that takes you straight into KOS town which is about 20 mins. Lovely little Tavern a few min walk from the hotel for authentic Greek food. The pool is never over run and the sun doesn’t set until 8pm, the kids were playing in the pool until 7pm which was lovely. The sunset from the pool/beach is beautiful. We had a 2 bed apartment which was nice and big, seperate kitchen/diner which was great

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, we have already booked for September

Situated about a mile and half outside Tigaki directly on the coast.
Hotel has a lovely pool area with private beach in front.
Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of Greek tasty dishes served on a lovely sunny terrace overlooking the sea.
We only had dinner once in the hotel which was good but had excellent lunchtime meals from
The pool bar daily.
The place has a lovely laid back atmosphere.
Bikes can be hired from reception for 5€ a day, otherwise there is a local bus service into the village.
All of the staff were excellent/ especially the very hard working pool bar man.
Thoroughly recommended

We (a party of 4 occupying 2 separate rooms) stayed for 6 nights at this beautiful hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Situated away from the more touristic parts of Kos, this hotel is located right in front of a beach near Tigaki.

Our rooms are very spacious - they are almost the size of an apartment. Hot plates for cooking (which we didn't use), kettle, a little fridge, basic utensils for cooking, with a few pots and pans, are provided for in a kitchenette. Our beds are comfortable, and the rooms were very well cleaned. The hot shower was a little erratic, and the wifi/phone signal dropped most of the time when in our rooms. This didn't matter to us, for we were there not to work, but to enjoy without the need to be online all the time. There was a swimming pool for adults and kids alike.

Breakfasts were included in our rates, and we enjoyed the variety and spread very much. All the staff were very polite and friendly. We can highly recommend this place to others who want to have a quiet place to relax on the island.

Another fabulous week in this glorious small family run hotel.
Maria happily organised a private transfer for the 4 of us and assigned one room we requested which we stayed in 2023.
Valentino works unbelievably hard in the pool bar, he is such a lovely guy. George does a great job in the bar and restaurant /bar, as do the chefs and kitchen staff.
Fortini is a breath of fresh air to see at breakfast time, always has a smile.
The girl on reception done everything she could to ensure a comfortable stay.
The son works around the hotel,on others days off and could really take a leaf out of their book on a positive and friendly experience for guests . I asked him how he was and he shrugged miserably and said he was bored. Not impressed, he lets the other staff down. That was the only negative about my stay.
The location is exceptional, out of way of hubbub, right on the clean beach, so idyllic. food is so tasty and plentiful as well as very reasonably priced.
Rooms are clean and spacious .
The owners invest their profit yearly to improve their business. Next year downstairs rooms are being updated I believe.
Guests return year after year to this hotel with very good reason.
Highly recommend ❤️

What a fantastic place! We stayed in a deluxe double room with sea views which were stunning. The whole place was so chilled and relaxed. The gardens, pool area and rooms are well tended to and extremely clean. The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel really welcome. Breakfast was a mix of continental (pastries, cakes, toast, meats, cheeses etc) although eggs and bacon were also available along with fruit juice and tea/coffee. Lots of variety on the lunch and evening menus and food was really good and reasonably priced. We hired a quad bike for the day and travelled to Kos Town and Harbour and then on to the very picturesque village of Zia high in the hillside which has lots of little shops and a lovely park with stunning views of Tigaki. The walk from the hotel to Tigaki centre took approx 30 minutes but it's well worth it for the views along the way. If you want a relaxing time in a peaceful location away from the bars and restaurants, then I would highly recommend this hotel. The only negative is we didn't stay longer. We will definitely be returning.

If you are 1st time visitor on Kos you need a car here for more comfortable holiday. This hotel is located about 30 min walking from Tigaki center and 20 min drive from the airport. There is a public bus stop just on the corner. This place has direct access to the pool and to the beach. The breakfast is very basic but its ok for standard needs. Most of the rooms have direct sea view. The rooms and the whole hotel area are spotless clean. The rooms are big and spacious. The bed martresse is very hard, for me it was a Desaster. The WiFi works very bad. I recommend your own Internet if possible. This place is suitable for people who are looking more for silence and relax and the guests here are more mature people. Enjoy your holiday.

What a fantastic hotel. We stayed for 11 nights but wish we'd booked longer. We arrived at 1 am. after a delayed flight to be greeted by Kira, the friendly hotel dog. The hotel manager quickly checked us in, and we were shown to our room, which was clean and modern.
The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds, even at lunchtime. The pool bar opened around 11-11:30 and closed at 6. Mythos in a frozen glass was heaven, especially when it's 30 degrees. The food portions are huge so we generally shared a dish. Pita bread, tzatziki and chips are €10. Large draught beer €5.50.
We ate at the hotel most evenings and the food was amazing. There is a taverna about a 7 minute walk away but it does get busy. You might have to book in the main holiday season.
All other bars and tavernas are in the main strip which is 1.5 miles away or a 30 minute stroll along the front. There are buses which start 50m from the hotel which are €2.30 per person.
This is a fantastic hotel which I highly recommend. We will be back.

What a beautiful hotel! A wonderful location and great facilities. We are staying nearby and used the beach/pool facilities when buying food and drinks for the day to be near the beach. On our first visit, the person serving in the 'beach hut' was brilliant and we couldn't fault him. It was clearly understaffed and he was incredibly busy but he was kind, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our visit so much that we visited again twice more for dinner. On our second evening visit however, this is where we encountered the issue. Our children had eaten spaghetti bolognaise the night before and, as expected for two 4 year olds, dropped some on the floor. The second night we visited, as we sat down, the waiter was rude to us as we sat down, suggested that we sat seperately with our children on two seperate tables (we're not exactly sure what this would've solved) and accused them of 'throwing' their food onto the floor the previous night. We initially thought he was joking but we realised he was not. This was absolutely not the case and it made us feel very uncomfortable that we were essentially being accused of allowing our children (who are very well behaved) to throw their food onto the floor in a restaurant. We had been recommending the hotel to others around and would've considered staying here if we were to visit again, however this interaction has changed our minds and we would not stay here in the future.
