I fell in love with the Le Balcon from the first minute. I highly recommend it especially for couples. Here are my top 3 reasons for loving Le Balcon: The View: my apartment (and the whole property I believe) benefited from the most incredible panoramic view of the island and the port entry. Almost of the apartment windows gave onto the horizon or a part of the island. I took so much pleasure from sitting on the balcony reading a book or watching vessels of all shapes and size arrive or depart from patmos. The Location: located in a quiet spot half way between skala and grikos, you have easy access to the hustle of the former and the quietness of the latter. The Hospitality: André and his team were so kind, generous and attentive to all needs.

A truly amazing vantage point to watch the ebb and flow of ships to and from Skala, the unique port of Patmos! Our stay was perfect, Rosy and André were like parents to us, wonderful people. Patmos the Holy Island!

The owners are beautiful people and the place is special. I strongly suggest Le Balcon to spend holidays in Patmos. I had the wedding suite with super terrace view. For those who don't want to stay in the village of Chora, it is very well located.

The owners - were very friendly, kind, hospitable and incredibly helpful. The location was fantastic, with stunning view of the harbor entrance. It was also too close to the country and to the port and was generally consisted ideal base for exploring the whole island. The room was very quiet, surrounded by beautiful gardens and great sea view. It was large, comfortable, very clean and generally all of our needs were covered. Of course in all this contributed greatly Mr.Andreas who was really everywhere taking care of everything! Mr. Andeas and Mrs. Rozi really made our staying even more comfortable by determining all the details about our accommodation and always suggesting interesting places of the island that a visitor must see. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and we totally recommend it for anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday in the beautiful island of Patmos.…

Priceless view, priceless private balconies, and a natural beauty at its simplest and at its best! The location of the apartments is excellent. Mr. Andreas and Mrs. Rosa have created one of the most beautiful apartments on the island. We had a very warm welcome from Mr. Andreas who made sure to give us his best advice on which spots not to miss out (food-wise, beach-wise e.t.c). Whether a couple or a family, you will love ‘Le Balcon’ and you will have maybe the best or one of your best holidays. Awesome apartments, unforgettable pictures, and lovely hospitality. A MUST visit!

Very nice B&b. Very well kept. Nice hosts. Beautiful and clean rooms. Amazing view. Pastmos is a very nice island, small but not too small. Nice restaurants on the beach. Don't hesitate to go. It's really worth it.

We spent 5 nights at Le Balcon in August. We wished we hadn't left: the location is amazing and the view breathtaking. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful terrasse overlooking the sea. On top of that, Andre, the owner, is very nice and has given us great tips to make the most of our stay on the island. It is definitely a place that I would recommend and where I would love to go back, sooner than later! Don't hesitate, Le Blacon is fantastic!

These guest apartments, located about a kilometer from Skala, are simple, but spacious, clean, comfortable, well-priced, and with a beautiful view over the water. Our apartment's kitchen was small but sufficient for our needs. We decided not to rent a car or scooter for the time we were on Patmos, so the walk to and from Skala got to be a bit long at times (especially when we were making the trek several times a day), but it was worth it to be set apart from the hustle and bustle of the town. Le Balcon’s manager, Andre, was warm and hospitable, and went out of his way to make our stay better. (At one point I emailed him to ask if there was a beach within walking distance, and he replied with an offer to drive us there!) Le Balcon is the perfect place to stay at Patmos. The setting and the view is spectacular, the apartments are extremely well equipped: You can see that Andreas himself travelled a lot, he knows what it needs to feel at home - coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil and vinigar you can find in many apartments, but he provides even washing powder and insect spray. Water bottles are at disposal at the reception for small money, so you don't have to schlepp the big bottles. Needless to say that Andreas is helpful in any way, no matter whether you need a vehicle or advice where to find the best places to eat or swim. I travelled a lot in Greece and stayed always very nice studios and apartments - Le Balcon is the best!
