Really enjoyed our stay toward the end of June 2022 at Zozefina. We stayed in a studio on the bottom floor which we found very spacious for 2. All rooms are suitable up to 3 and would comfortably accommodate this.
The rooms each have a small kitchen area suitable to create light meals. The rooms also have a safe and aircon (at extra cost), a flat screen tv, hairdryer and plug in fly zappers.
Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard by a very polite and well mannered lady. Towels and sheets changed mid stay per week.

Zoe who runs the apts is a great host. It was my 1st time meeting Zoe who was extreamly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed and always made time for a chat and a little sing song in the bar area.

The grounds of Zozefina are lovely, with a nice garden area and beautiful views from the secluded pool area. The pool and bar area is very clean and well kept with plenty of sunbeds and seating to accommodate everyone.
The bar is very well stocked with various soft drinks, alcohol and tea/coffes. Breakfast and lunch is also available, I recommend they're club sandwich.

Overall great stay at Zozefina and we will return.

See you next year Zoe.

We had a fantastic two week holiday at Zozefina. Zoe and George were brilliant hosts and nice people with it. Zoe made lots of suggestions of places to eat and we tried them all and never had a bad meal in any of them. I honestly couldn’t pick a favourite. Whilst we were there it was my wife’s 60th birthday and Zoe recommended one of her favourite restaurants and also took the trouble to tell them it was my wife’s birthday which resulted in the lights been dimmed and the whole restaurant singing happy birthday and a nice sweet treat 😄.

The apartment from our point of view were very much as described by Jet 2 and we’d also read previous reviews so nothing was a surprise to us. Yes the shower is quirky but the water was hot and the shower refreshing just like any other shower I’ve had to be honest.
We loved the pool setting and the bar area, and we did consume quite a lot of the cold Mythos which was very welcome in the hot temperatures. It was our first time to Parga and if I’m honest we’d never heard of it until a couple of Months before booking but we absolutely loved the area and I can see why a lot of people return year on year and I’d be very surprised if we don’t return soon. As others have stated it’s approximately 15/20 mins walk down the hill to the main town of Parga but we’re keen walkers so wasn’t a problem for us but you could get a taxi for €5 which we did after a few late nights down there. We met some nice people to have a natter with while we were there and enjoyed their company with Zoe and George on a few evenings when we returned from town.

We stayed in room 103 on the ground floor and didn’t really hear any road noise, maybe that was due to where we we’re located or the amount of Mythos I drank 😂 but mostly slept soundly. We paid €120 for air con but in hindsight if I went in September again I would possibly consider trying without first. We also paid €15 for a safe but if I’m totally honest this is a bug bear of mine as I dislike paying for a safe no matter where we stay. I just feel it’s something that should be provided free of charge by any hotel/apartments.

Now the question is would we stay here again? Well yes we would, we liked it because it was small and friendly and nice to meet and chat with other people plus the pool and bar area were very chilled and relaxing and there are plenty more restaurants and bars to come back and try.

This was our second stay at Zozefina and it was just as welcoming as the last! Zoe was always on hand and nothing was any trouble. Her dry humour and friendly smile creates a welcoming atmosphere where all the guests are made to feel like great friends.

Although situated just slightly out of the main town of Parga, we like the quieter atmosphere and enjoy the short walk to and from the centre (some lovely Tavernas and shops on the route).

The pool area is a particular hit with us with enough sun beds for all guests that are nicely spaced out but at the same time near enough to have a quiet chat with other guests. The pool has a large area at just 1m deep which is great for our toddler. The bar serves hot and cold food and snacks and is well stocked with a range of drinks… including lovely cold beer in a frozen glass!

The room is regularly cleaned and has enough utensils etc if you want to cook a light meal.

We will definitely be visiting Zozefina again… and again!

Booked last minute and we were not disappointed. Welcomed by the lovely Zoe and George who were fabulous hosts from the start to the finish of our holiday. The apartments clean and welcoming. The aircon very welcome in the 29 degree heat ( extra charge but worth it )
The pool area is immaculate never a problem getting a sunlounger whatever time of day -absolutely no need to rush down to the pool early and no sunbed wars! Immaculately kept pool toilets and showers and changing areas.
The food at the pool bar is delicious we had Greek salad, club sandwich and breakfast all a solid 10/10.
The mythos served in ice cold glasses also welcoming after the walk back from town.
Towels and bedding changed 2-3 times a week daily housekeeping.

The walk to the harbor is a good 15 minutes and the walk back is fine in the evening but quite a challenge in the heat of the midday sun ( and we would class ourselves as fit) , apparently €5 taxi back , we didn’t get a taxi once and used the walk to burn off calories consumed eating the absolutely delicious food and drinking the amazing cocktails down by the harbor and the town.
The harbor is quite spectacular and the plentiful bars, restaurants, shops traditional tavernas and the old
Castle keep you entertained for hours.

It’s a fabulous place to order a cocktail and watch the world go by.

We ate out every night and not once did we have a bad meal. The staff in every restaurant and bar had a smile and worked tirelessly to ensure you were having a great time.

We recommend Perivoni restaurant for traditional Greek and “ The yard” for more contemporary Greek cuisine both absolutely delicious with great service.
The wine in every restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced as was the food.
All in all thoroughly enjoyed our week in Parga and will definitely be returning next year.
To be honest I was reluctant to write this wanting to keep this place our secret as it was so fantastic.

This was our first visit to Parga and we are so glad that we stayed away from the bustling centre in August.
The Zozefina apartments are just a 15 minute walk to the towns small pebble beach, Pisa Krioneri and just a couple of minutes further to the very busy main beach.
We stayed in a studio, which was bright, clean and had everything that we needed for our holiday, including ample storage for the 3 of us. All studios are on the ground floor and each has a patio area with table chairs, overlooking the gardens.
There were plenty of sun beds available for guests, the pool at the rear of the property was clean and very well maintained.
The bar was great and served the best and coldest Mythos in Parga for 4 EUR. Zoe serves good value lunch time bar snacks until 3pm, burgers, toasties, Greek salad for 5 EUR, BLT and chips for just 7 EUR etc. Also if you like your sports, the Zozefina has SKY and BT Sport, which Zoe and George are only too happy to sort for you.
We have travelled a lot and must agree with the comments on TA, Zoe is an excellent host and probably the best that we have experienced. Nothing is too much trouble, and she helped with restaurant/taverna recommendations and which beaches to visit.
Overall a great holiday made even more pleasurable by Zoe and George, thank you both x

We have stayed in many different areas of Parga over the years and despite this one being a walk into the centre, it’s worth it. If you didn’t fancy the walk in to town, there are many lovely restaurants close by. We would walk into town (down hill) and often get a taxi back (€5).
The studios are spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable. The bed for a 3rd guest is in the kitchen/dining area with a door in between so it’s almost a one bedroom apartment rather than a studio.
It’s next to the main road but the road noise wasn’t intrusive at all. The balconies are a good size and quite private too.
The pool area is a great place to relax with no battles for sunbeds.
I’d definitely recommend having breakfast in the small restaurant by the pool, such a relaxing way to start the day (the omelettes are delicious). Zoe and the rest of team Zozefina work really hard to make sure everyone has the best holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this little gem.

Booked these apartments , as others have done based on reviews and have to say was pretty much disappointed with everything.
We had a room close to the road and found it impossible to sleep or even relax on the balcony due to the constant traffic noise all day and night , scooters, coaches, delivery & farm vehicles !
The rooms are dated , the bathroom has no window and is actually in the kitchen area where there is a large gap in the wall for ventilation. The shower was limply attached to the wall and you needed to hold in one hand & wash with the other. The bath ? .. half a sit down version, had grubby sealant and grouting.
Room not serviced daily , even the toilet bin left for 2 days, clean towels after 4 days.
The pool area was lovely and quieter due to being at the rear of the property away from the busy road and Zoe is a friendly , helpful host.
However, I feel room selection does affect your experience but the rooms need desperately updating to warrant a 3 star rating.
Parga is a vibrant town with many bars and restaurants but I’m afraid Preveza airport is not equipped to cope with the increase in visitors.
Sadly, we won’t be returning ……..

From the moment that our Jet 2 coach dropped us off we received a very warm welcome from Zoe who with George and the rest of her wonderful family could not have done more to make our stay perfect. The rooms were kept clean by an amazing lady who left us clean sheets and towels every day .
The pool area was so relaxing with amazing views over the pine forests and Mountains . In a great location for us as Parga in August is busy and so it's lovely to be in such a quiet and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle but within easy reach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and Zoe booked us a table at Perivoli which was delicious! We had drinks and snacks at the pool bar which we enjoyed under the shade when the mid day sun was hot. Chatting to other guests and Zoe and George was really enjoyable .A fabulous bakery just down the road .
If you want somewhere super friendly , clean and comfortable you can do no better than here. Thank you so much for a very memorable holiday in a truly beautiful part of Greece !

We last stayed at Zozefina apartments about ten years ago and our welcome back could not have been more welcoming. I cannot express enough about how much our host Zoe went out of her way to make our holiday perfect. Everything was ready on our arrival and in these times all Covid measures were in place but without feeling like they were intrusive. Thank you Zozefina for a wonderful time.

From the moment Zoe greeted us at the gates on our arrival to the hugs goodbye, we couldn't fault the genuine friendly hospitality from Zoe, her family and the staff at the apartments.

The freshwater pool was beautiful and a constant 32c during our stay. Ample sunbeds, seating and shade around the pool area with lovely canopy seating area to enjoy drinks, snacks and light meals from the pool bar. The whole property was kept immaculate.

The room was clean and serviced regularly by a lovely cleaning lady and contained everything we expected from a self catering accomodation.

This was our third visit to Parga and therefore we were fully aware that these apartments are slightly out of the main centre of Parga and a short walk to the beaches etc but on the odd occassion we needed a taxi (especially with our two year old) these were easily available and just €5.

We have recommended Zozefina to friends and we will be back!
