Very comfortable 2 night stay at hotel Kastro. Friendly welcome from Xenia and team. Rooms elegantly decorated, comfortable beds. We had a double aspect room with views to the castle. Quiet area of the city within the castle walls. Delightful courtyard for guests to use for breakfast or just relaxing. Amazing breakfast, plentiful, and beautifully presented. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if visiting Ioannina again!

The hotel is beyond magnificent. Its location is located inside the castle, which is a private area. Parking is free. You're two streets away from restaurants, the location is really great. There are houses and streets where you can take pictures in every corner of the castle. it's like magic. The hotel has been tastefully done from start to finish. Rooms, garden flowers everything is very well maintained and very clean. carer really likes this hotel and its customers. The rooms are brand new and very stylish. You feel yourself in a luxury suite. The most delicious breakfast I've ever had. It is not easily developed. There were toasts, cakes, pastries. tea is unlimited and comes with a teapot.. there is orange juice. There is yogurt. Breakfast in the garden is incredibly enjoyable. You cannot find anything negative. I would definitely recommend it if you come to this area. you must stay here.…

Kastrup hotel is located in a awesome place with fantastic atmosphere. The owner and host was very professional and helpfull. He gave us precise and valuable information on treks near Viko Gorge, fantastic restaurants etc. We had a flabbergasting stay and experience in and around Ioannina

Friendly helpful staff. Superb breakfast fresh brown bread, delicious yoghurt and nuts, dried fruits.Location excellent inside the city walls.Rooms spotlessly clean. Be careful following google instructions the alleyway it took us down was barely wide enough for a small car!

The charming Boutique-Hotel is located in the old town next to the castle of Ali Pasha and the Byzantine museum. Nice, friendly and hostabile people, very clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. Covid regulations were observed. A peaceful and charming garden. Breakfast with tasty selection of local produces, homemade marmalades and cakes. Highly recommended!

beautiful family-run hotel centrally located in Ioannina. Lovingly restaurated, spotlessly clean and in walking distance of all the restaurants of the city, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the active Ionanninan nightlife, ensuring always a good night sleep. We want to thank the owners, Zoïs and Xenia, for everything they have done for us to ensure we had a great stay.

Hotel Kastro is a gem of a place in the heart of the old town of lovely Ioannina. The citadel of famous Ali Pasha, with the Fethiye mosque and the Byzantine museum, are just around the hotel's doorstep. Staff were excellent and friendly, just as was the breakfast. Everything was taken care off, especially in these days of travel in corona times, and parking was possible - free of charge - in front of the hotel. Without a doubt I would recommend this amazing little boutique hotel!

Totally loved this hotel and wished we'd stayed longer. Friendly and welcoming, this is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Delicious breakfast, felt spoiled for choice, and an absolutely lovely, comfortable and clean room. (Oh and the toiletries were lovely - I went and bought some to take home!) Will have to return for a longer stay!

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, extremely cozy and client oriented. Sparkling clean and perfect, central location with parking nearby. Breakfast was very nice, especially the home made carrot cake. A place I’d happily go back to anytime!

We enjoyed our stay very much I cannot imagine there is anywhere better to stay in ionnina. Having parking was a bonus. The breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. The bed was very comfortable along with linen and towels.
