We had an amazing stay at the hotel. It was so good that we did not leave the hotel all week. The room was excellent, service was outstanding and the facilities top class. The food was amazing and we ate at all the restaurants. My kids really enjoyed the kids club and the Mini Disco. The staff were amazing.

A beautiful resort with superb customer services. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you could need and a lovely sea view. Restaurants were just beautiful with some a la carte meals included. My husband has a brain injury and is very sensitive to noise. We made contact in advance and was put in a room away from the evening entertainment and the staff took the trouble to write out a list of quiet times for the restaurants and best places to relax. So nice to be able to eat by the pool and the selection of inclusive drinks was more than enough for us. The hotel is a short bus ride from Corfu Town. It was so comfortable on the resort that we didn't venture out until our last day and was surprised but just how traditional and un-touristy the town was. If we go back, we will definitely visit the town more often. Close to the airport and you can hear the planes but not enough to spoil your relaxation. Plus the advantages of not having far to get to/from the airport. We went out of school holiday times, not being with our grandchildren and the playground area was completely empty. This would be an excellent hotel to bring pre-school children at such a time. Spa treatment was lovely. Food was great and very varied. If we had one disappointment, and this is probably due to our personal issue with noise, it was that music was playing quite loudly at both pool areas all day and every evening, so we had to go to the grass areas for some peace. The pool areas are beautiful and of course if you want to have a swim, use facilities or access the bars, its good to be able to sit there. I think it would be nice for people wanting to relax, if there was a quiet area, or even a specific time period during the day when music was either turned off or turned right down. Thank you to all the staff and management who worked hard to make our holiday enjoyable, we had a special break and would return.

We stayed here for a week following a one-week cruise with Marella (our honeymoon). The hotel is excellent in almost every regard, with a couple of minor issues that probably cannot easily be addressed by the hotel. Food: Exceptional. The best I've had in an all-inclusive - there's a large variety of salads and cold options, loads of fresh fruit, delicious, varied and interesting desserts (not just cream cakes)... Excellent bread, excellent breakfast, loads of great cheese... Even the olives are good (not too astringent). We visited both restaurants (the asian and Mediterranean), both of which were also excellent. Perfection! Drinks: A large range of cocktails are available on the all-inclusive menu, as are plenty of spirits, soft drinks, etc. The beer is also decent. Staff: Friendly, dedicated and efficient - lovely people! Pools: Both pools must have been heated, as they were a very pleasant temperature, even in late September... Perhaps not? Either way, both pools are great! The children's pool, however, is over-exposed to direct sunlight, and should be given some additional shelter (e.g. some kind of shade, or more plants to block the sun). Children could easily get sunburn in the children's pool. Location: The hotel is in a great location, close to Corfu town. However, the road that it joins on to (Palaiokastritsas) is large and very busy - and is not easy to cross with a small child (in a pram). Additionally, there is rather a lot of garbage dumped on the road sides (this doesn't really make the hotel entrance so pleasant). Finally, we rented a car from the in-hotel rental shop, which was a great price, and very convenient (and not a dodgy, suspicious scammer). I'd recommend them! Thanks for making our honeymoon so great!

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 (2 children aged 2&5) in May for 2 weeks. This is definitely a 4 star hotel but was a really lovely place to stay. My 2 girls loved the kids entertainment and the staff were amazing with them (especially Sofia, DJ Teddy and Bruna) kids area could have been upgraded as part of the renovations as its a small run down hut. Rooms were cleaned daily, on the small side but we managed perfectly fine, hair dryer and tea/ coffee facilities provided. Restaurants both Greek and Japanese the food was delicious we were able to dine in these once each per week so 4 times during our stay. Buffet food was great for adults but during our stay (which covered kids holidays) no children’s options were provided, if you asked they did provide the normal chips/ chicken nuggets but then there was a wait for them so we generally ate before the kids which was not ideal. During the end of our holiday they did start a children’s buffet but it was the same for lunch/ dinner and only 2 options. For a family friendly hotel i think the children’s food needs improving. Pool area was lovely, the sunbeds are extremely comfy and there was no race for sunbeds often plenty available throughout the day (we did stay in May not prime time summer!) drinks were nice and cocktails made fresh, pool service was good but it was also just as quick to pop to the pool bar. Ice cream for children was hit and miss as to when they wanted to offer it which again for a family friendly hotel this is essential, we ended up just buying from the hotel shop ice creams/ ice lollies. There’s a lidl just outside of the hotel which we bought the kids snacks from and some extra suncream. They also sell heinz tomato sauce which my daughter was happy about as the ketchup provided at the hotel wasn’t the best. Overall we had a lovely holiday as the hotel had just opened a couple of weeks before we arrived they might improve some of my recommendations. We would return to this hotel but only for a week as we like more dinner dining options than twice per week. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Hotel A nice hotel def benefiting from the recent refurb. Smaller than we’ve been to - but still lots of space. Our room was good - comfy beds and everything we needed. The 2x single beds had lots of space but it did mean 1 was near the patio door which not totally ideal but not a major problem. Lots of really great comfy seating options outside. Great views - deffo try to get a sea view room. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We managed to get into the restaurant on our evening of arrival but had we not made it; it wouldn’t have mattered as they had put some sandwiches etc in our room. Such a thoughtful touch. Beach This is not the place if you want a beach holiday! We barley visited the beach it was a tiny strip and not the most appealing of waters to dip into. Entertainment Do the music quiz if you can - hilarious! Aqua fit good fun. And that was about us really our kids not Interested in the kids club or disco! Enough going on though Food All round really good. Lots of choice. We booked and dined for 1 night at the Japanese which was a nice change and a treat to be served. The other option was a Greek restaurant- which we didn’t book so can’t comment Pool We mainly stayed around the largest main pool. Was fine though def chilly but it is October! There was one smaller pool By the snack bar and the. A small pool ideal for toddlers. The main pool has some water jets and mushroom shaped water fountain. Bring your own inflatables - mega money in the shop! Weather Stayed in October half term so right at end of the season. Mixed weather but more good days; we did have a bit of rain. Found the weather forecast to be very changeable!! Transfer A speedy 20 mins max from airport. Quick and efficient at Corfu airport too - all round great. Getting around We used the bus a couple of times to get to and from old town Corfu. The number 7 bus can be caught from over the road from the hotel. Tickets - €1.70 when buying them on the bus but €1.10 if bought in advance. Bus takes cash or card. All tickets are one way only. Tickets in advance in theory from the machine ( which didn’t work) but there is a main ticket booth where the bus stops in town where you can get advance tickets. We looked around the old fort. Cheap entry tickets and kids go free. Good for 1/2 a day looking around and worth the views from the top. Corfu town has lots of shops / bakery’s / usual holiday gift items. Good for a mooch around. Excursions Limited offering from TUI for the end of Season - so we didn’t book anything with them. We did book the pirate ship boat trip which was great fun, wonderful views of the town from the sea and good value. Definitely recommend. We bought tickets on line. Sailings were at 10,12,2 and 4.

Lovely hotel, from the minute we arrived we were looked after by the staff - who were all very attentive. We went for a short break - 4 nights and it was ideal as only 15mins from the airport. Room was comfortable with a mini bar fridge that was restocked everyday, an amazing shower, good toiletries, bath robes and slippers and a good size balcony. Food was amazing, I would go as far to say one of the best all inclusive we have been to - not as much as a selection but feel this is better as the quality was to a higher standard plus different themes and different food each night. Corfu Town, which we loved, especially the Old Town is only a short taxi ride. I would say that going in high season the Town would be very busy, we thought parts were busy with 2 cruise ships in dock but apparenty that was only about 10% of what it can be in the height of summer.

Choosing to have a wedding with TUI has been a big commitment, we had placed one of "the happiest days of our lives" in the responsibility of you as a company, but also with each of your team members. From the time of booking through to finally meeting the wedding coordinator in Corfu days before our legal ceremony and now reflecting back to the big day we can confidently say we were well taken care of in all aspects. The hotel chosen was recommended, though there was no push by your sales team, particularly given the refurbishment that had recently taken place. Kerkyra Blue was beautiful in all aspects. The hotel manager Vangelis Tsotsis was wonderfully engaging and committed to making our wedding day very special, including meeting with us several times to ensure we didn't have any requests that may have been overlooked and that we were continually happy. Patricia Burns coordinated wonderfully with us, the hotel and the greek officials and reflected our relaxed vibe wonderfully keeping us at ease with the foreign processes and offering a wealth of sound knowledge and advice. Both Vangelis and Pat appear to enjoy their jobs and it is very well reflected in their manner and the customer experience we received. I would highly recommend a wedding here. The hotel and travel experience as a whole fitted every one of our requirements, the refurbishment is fresh and gives the relaxation required for a holiday (even one with hyperactive 6 and 10 year olds). Food was well varied and always fresh and hot - something that cannot always be said for buffet dining. Kerkyra Blue get cuisine spot on, especially with their two set menu dining restaurants offering traditional Greek cuisine and world foods. The inside bar is very pleasing to the eye and the quality of drinks offered by the bar staff adds to the overall very pleasant and elegant vibe. Perfect for an evening wind down with a game of cards under mood lighting. The entertainment for children and adults was perfect with a reliable schedule. The kids club was well utilised and the girls were desperate to go at each given opportunity. Lovely facilities for younger families also with a dedicated splash area and small water slides and fountains. The transition from poolside to beachside was effortless. All routes were easily accessible and the facilities were well utilised by the 6 year old in our party right and the 86 year old! Lots of water toys and extreme sport are available directly from the private beach including boat hire at additional costs. There was no requirement to leave the resort but knowing that a big international supermarket chain was less than 10 minutes from the hotel is a huge advantage to this resort over others.

More than happy to give here a 5 star review Travelled here with my wife and Family (including my 18 month old Grandson), who staff enjoyed fussing over Buffet has plenty to choose from, at breakfast you can order fresh omelette, and fried eggs are always hot and not left under hotplates to dry out, there is plenty to choose from too At lunchtime, again, plenty of choices, including salads and cut fruits, there is also a roast of the day carvery, oh and a separate kids section. At the pool there are plenty of tables, loungers and bean bags, there is a separate playpark and pool for younger guests, there is also a pool bar where Vikki and her team are always happy to look after you Public areas and toilets are spotless Housekeeping staff are very hard working, rooms spotless, mini bar in room stocked with beer, water and soft drinks, towels changed daily including pool towels My wife had an early 60th birthday surprise, and staff were more than happy to supply a delicious cake, and sang Happy Birthday to her Would certainly recommend and come back.
