Dear valued guest, Thank you for your time in sharing your experience in our hotel. We appreciate all your comments about our premises and services. It is a fact that the hotel is located in an industrial area and the passing by train hopefully gives a nostalgic note. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Kind regards, Maria Chatziparaschi Guest Relations Manager

Staied there for 2 weeks due to work. For a 5 star hotel was expecting a lot more. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly, but in general the looks are more similar more to a 3 star than a 5 star hotel. The furniture and the hotel itself has seen better days and is in serious need of a renovation. The gym is very little ald all the equipment there is old and broken. Besides, the gym in near the pool (that is closed for hotel quests for most of the time and open only for public) where kids from the swimming area just run around and play with the gym equipment. If you are looking for a 5 star experience, sadly it is not what you expect.

I had to be there for a bussiness meeting. The room was so old fashioned and the dirty wallpaper was loose from the wall and made the room look miserable. The kettle was very cheap and it wasn't working. The one and only socket I found in the room was broken so I had to use the one behind the TV table. I plugged the kettle but it was standing on the floor since the socket was a bit above the floor. I would never pay 70 euros per night to stay in such a dirty and deserted hotel.

My first impression on entering the hotel was that yes, it IS a grand hotel, like something from the past united with the present day. The room was old in its initial appearance and general ambience with its woodwork and colours, but it soon warmed on me as its classiness, albeit partly waning, grew more apparent. It was clean and comfortable, while the included breakfast was certainly sufficient to start the following day off nicely. My regret is that we ran out of time to spend longer in both the hotel and the town, as there's more to experience than time allowed.
