This hotel is situated in the city centre close to the main square and shopping area. It is handy for visiting Ancient Sparta and just a short drive from Mystra. Everything was very clean and my room was spacious and comfortable. There was a little traffic noise but this was the city centre

Stayed here for two nights with a big group. The room had a nice balcony and was warm with extra blankets if needed. The shower was nice and the water pressure was very good and warm water was consistent. Breakfast was very nice in the morning and the staff at the front desk were very helpful when we had questions....

The Maniatis is ideally located in the centre of Sparta with street parking usually available very close to the hotel. The reception staff are always cheerful and helpful and the rooms are readily accessed by stairs or lifts. Standard of decor and cleanliness is high. If your room has a balcony facing south there are good views of the Taigetos...

The halls and room smelled of smoke--Greek hotels are not non smoking but this was worse than most. There was a lot of street noise and the beds were very hard. The breakfast here was not very good. However, you are in the center of toen and can watch the local drivers try to figure out a traffic circle.

One of those hotels, that I struggle to get excited by or find anything wrong with, it's just average. The rooms are small. The hotel is situated on a main road, convenient for all the town of Sparta, but there;s not a lot more I could say. We had dinner in the restaurant, again, average, not bad, just not good...

Good location. Small rooms. Air conditioning wasn't great. It did have a balcony which was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were ok, clean sheets, bathroom was ok, shower curtain style. Negotiating the language barrier sometimes was a little difficult with some staff.

Nice hotel in the middle of Sparta. Close to restaurants, cafes and lots of bars! Hotel balcony has nice views and was well maintained. Our aircon was not strong enough for the summer days it was still warm in the room. Great stopover hotel if exploring the Penepelese areas. Breakfast was ok and looked better than it tasted

The hotel is located near the city center. The main square of Sparti, which is full of restaurants, cafes and nightlife, is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast offered is quite rich and has a lot of options. It does not have something special but it is very satisfying. The lobby is big with four tables and...

We loved it!...friendly, accommodating staff.....just spent 2 weeks with my daughter and 11 year old grandson.....went sightseeing around the Pelloponese every other day, bus stop around the corner to beach whenever we felt like it, great little shops for shopping, food, cafes for "relaxing".......can't wait to go back.
