We had a fantastic time at Kostis Villas. We were met by the hotel owner at our arrival who personally showed us the room and explained all the necessities. It’s close to everything you want to see in Poros, as well as a quiet place to retire after a late dinner in Poros harbor. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and service minded and puts in 100% effort to make it an enjoyable place to stay as a guest. We also want to thank the cleaning personnel who made the room nice and neat every day.

We highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Kostis Villas for 5 nights, George was there to welcome us as soon as we arrived and gave us a map and told us about the area. Our room wasn't quite ready as we arrived earlier than check in, but while we were at lunch had a phone call to say that the room was ready.
Apartment 1 had the most amazing views and we sat out on the balcony every morning to have our breakfast, the apartment itself was also huge, although the bathroom a bit on the small side, but wasn't an issue.
George was always on hand if you needed anything and the two ladies who cleaned every day did an amazing job.
There is a supermarket opposite and a bakery just around the corner.
There are a few restaurants in Askeli itself and Poros Town is approximately a 20 minute walk.
We really enjoyed our time in Poros and would book to stay at Kostis Villas again.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed for 3 nights while in Poros. Warm welcome. Apartment spotless amd spacious and air con worked well. Pool area was quiet. On checkout taxi was booked for us and when the staff found jewellery that i left in a drawer without me realising they quickly sent it in a taxi knowing we were waiting for ferry at the port. So kind.

Great find. Reasonably priced accomodation with great clean room, amazing sea view and great pool. Supermarket right next door and moped rental place 30 seconds away. 5-7 minutes walk to beach and a number of restaurants. Only one slight downside which could cope with and that was the pool closed between 3pm to 5pm and everyone had to leave. Could then go back at 5pm. Appreciate there must be some reason for this - but other than this issue, I would have given it 100%. You won’t be disappointed, it’s a great find!

Firstly I would like to thank all the people that recommended this accomodation,
as we were so happy with these apartments, they were excellent in every way.
Clean, beautifully maintained, the gardens were lovely,
The room we had was spacious with pleasing decor as was the balcony.
Self catering facilities were perfect for light meals. (Supermarket two minutes away)
Kostis was the perfect host.and his staff were so hard working, keeping all areas spick and span
We went in beginning of September, so it although there were quite a few guests everyone seemed to appreciate the calm quiet atmosphere.
If you want a busy noisy accomodation Kostis Villas this is not for you.
We are planning a longer visit next year In fact I could live there it so perfect

We recently stayed at Kostis for 5 nights in September 2015. Our room was absolutely lovely! Spacious, clean with lovely sea views and good balcony. Good facilities for making snacks / small meals. Plenty of storage. Lovely pool but closed 3-5 in the afternoon. George the owner was a really nice helpful man who couldn't do enough and worked hard to make sure his guests had an enjoyable holiday. The property is spotlessly clean and perfectly located in Askeli. Would return as this was the best property we stayed in on our island hopping holiday!! Poros is a lovely island as well and the beach at Askeli is lovely.

We have stayed a the Kostis four years running, the apartments and complex area are spotless at all times, George is on hand whenever he is needed to offer advice on the area as well helping with luggage and calling taxis!

Askelli has some marvellous restaurants as well as a beautiful sandy and safe beach with beach bar. If you travel further afield there are some lovely little coves for sunbathing, Neurio, Love Bay and Russian Bay.

Poros Town is a must for a relaxing stroll, taking in the sights and sounds of a bustling Port area, nice fish restaurants and chill out bars to sit and watch the world go by, I would definitely recommend this hotel and the area to all my friends and will be returning again and again

Our family of 5 rented 2 rooms in 1 week. The hotel is very nice and very clean. The owner is very focused on keeping everything clean and nice. The pool and the pool area is very nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the terraces are very nice and with a view to the sea. There are plenty restaurants close by and a taxi to Poros town costs EUR 5 and takes 5 minutes.

We will stay here again if we return to Poros
