Detailed Reviews
We, a group of friends, just returned from 3 wonderful days at Manessi. The location is excellent right on the waterfront where all the fast ferries are docking and all the beach boats are departing. If you choose one of the sea.wiev rooms you have an extra bonus of being entertained by the super-yachts coming in the afternoon and leaving in the morning. The rooms are ver clean and have bathrooms with plenty of hot water and a very good shower. The breakfast tasted very good. In these pandemic times it is served at the table by the lovely reception assistent. The only minus I can think of is the lack of an elevator. It is a struggle to get the luggage to th etop floor.

What an outstanding hotel this is. Right on the water with breathtaking views from the balcony. We paid an incredibly reasonable cost to have the suite on the top floor and it was more than we could have asked for.
Room is renovated, double balcony and overlooking all the super yachts. Double glazing ensures you don’t hear a thing when the windows are closed.
I’m surprised this hotel hasn’t had more reviews maybe everyone wants to keep it a secret for them.
Breakfast fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back here to stay.

Adorable hotel in the most perfect location with amazing views.
A 1 minute walk from the ferry, across of the taxi stands. Views all around. Great balconies. Good size to sit and have breakfast.
Yet so very quiet with the soundproof glass doors.
Rooms are small but you have everything you need.
Breakfast is simple but coffee and juice are fresh and I recommend eating it on the balcony.
Hotel is a 15-20 min walk away from some nice sandy (mixed with fine pebbles) beaches. A minute walk to the 2 euro boat to take you to Galatas. Boats waiting to take you to the further beaches.
Cost of hotel is low for what you get.
Love!

For 3 star hotel, looks like...luxurious.Only the sq.meters of each room (13) make the difference! Comfortable ,clean and well equipped room, nice bed and mattress, fluffy new towel, big fridge, excellent tv with satellite channels, efficient A/C,good Wi fi,nespresso machine in room, small bathroom AND OVERALL : The magnificent balcony, overlooking the center of the city and the port ! Exactly outside of the hotel is the arrival and departure of high speed boats to Piraeus (Athens port). No swimming area close the hotel, but with a cheep taxi (3,5-5 €) is very easy,or with boat-bus.The breakfast is average, but for the price is excellent (51 € double room).I speak for sea view rooms with balcony. The rests are chipper.IMPORTANT NOTICE : The hotel entrance is in...first floor level, that means about 20 stairs. Also for the other floors,no elevator (traditional house). The girl at the reception and breakfast Eva,is a treasure! Very very kind.

Choose a room with a wonderful view on the sea and harbour. Even better one of the suites. Clean and well designed hotel, even if some refreshing could be possible. Poros is a very small towm; the location is perfect.
The owner Giorgio is very friendly.

Had a fantastic 3 days stay here in April. We had a top floor sea view room with stunning views looking towards Galatas. The room was immaculately clean with fresh towels and toiletries daily. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was continental style. One minute walk from the ferry. Taxi rank in front of hotel and prices very reasonable to take you anywhere on the island. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great location. Comfortable room with a balcony and view. We went for the top floor; no lift but they do hoist your bags up in the stairwell. Very helpful staff. We did not have the breakfast. Being in the middle of Poros there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. It was very quiet when we were there in January, but it could well get noisy in the season.

Just a fabulous hotel !!! Right on the water front. Spotlessly clean and lovely friendly staff. The rooms are great , fridge etc and the views are stunning and well worth getting a front facing room . Loved the time I spent here. Also near restaurants and shops on the lovely island of Poros.

It is very successful due to its location.
The view of the sea view rooms is excellent. Once you leave the hotel, you can easily reach every part of Poros. We did not have breakfast. The hotel's maintenance time is slowly coming. Hotel Clean. We stayed in the room next door. The shower cabin in the bathroom was narrow. Actually, the bathroom was small too.
