I stayed in this hotel at the begging of January for 6 nights and I am totally disappointed. This is not a 5* hotel, but a 2*, maximum 3*. At the entrance you might have the impression that you walked into a 5* hotel. But then, when you see the room, everything changes. The walls were full of stains, in the bathroom the curtain that covers the bathtub was old and deteriorated (supposed to be white, but is was yellow). Also the shower stand was broken and it was fixed with a piece of yarn. The pool in the spa is extremely small, you can barely swim 2 meters. Also the location could not be worse, there are 4-5 km to downtown and there are no stores or gas stations nearby. If I would stay again in Larissa, I would definitely choose a hotel located in the center and not let myself deceived by the 5*, which in reality does not exist.…
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff incredibly Kind. The breakfast is varied and what I ate at the restaurant was very good. I tried a very good relaxing massage in the spa. Something could be better: -FIRST OF ALL: the beds!!!! They are horrible. Really, normally you can find a bed like this in a 2 star hotel. The Mattress are thin, bigger than the bed (for this reason you have the fee6of falling down). In a 5 star hotel I suppose to find something better! -change the bulbs burned or semi burned in the swimming pool area -in a 5 star hotel I want to find toothpaste and toothbrush
We left Athens and went there with the football team of Olympiakos on a match day. It was an unbelievable experience for me to be with my favorite players and feel the heartbeat of the team! Remarkable memories...
Friendly Staff, location not best but fine. The room was clean and calm surroundings. There is a swimming pool but was closed in May, looking promising though. Very easy parking (open) and access by car
Stunning exterior and very well appointed public areas both inside and outside. Very nice bar. Decent gym and indoor pool (did not use the latter). Service is top notch, with staff being polite and attentive. The room I was given was in need of some sprucing up: worn furniture (ingeniously covered up by a throw), tired features (walls, doors of wardrobe), old bathroom. If this is done, it will go hand in hand with the hotel's claim to be a 5-star property. However, my stay for a short weekend was very pleasant and relaxing.
