We only stayed in Møllesti B&B for two nights, and enjoyed quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the house. The B&B has a different entrance from Dorit & Niels’s house, however they are around most of the time and Dorit has tons of advice or just comes for a chat. The house is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and have beautiful pieces of old furniture in the design. There is plenty of common area space, including the outdoor sitting area and a big dining table for those who bought their lunches or dinner as take-away. The main street of Nordby is literally around the corner, so it’s easy to find things to do or places to eat. B&B has its own parking ground and offers nice looking bikes to rent. The breakfast is something worth trying. It costs 50 kroner/person and offers a good variety of organic yogurts, mulsi, breads, cheese, jams and eggs. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to recommend the B&B to our friends for a long weekend!…

Fanoe has all the best of Denmark, beatiful beaces, charming villages, great restaurants and their own brewery. We stayed there in the start of july, and Mollesti was the perfect place to stay. A typical Danish pensjonat with friendly owners in a charming old house. It also have small garden where you can have your breakfast. The house is located a few hundred meters from the mainroad of Nordby.

My seven days spent at the charming B&B Mollesti was of real experience of excellent taste of Scandanavian living. The Island itself interesting to discover, a four hour walk in the forest, possiblity to observe up to 700 seals south west of the quaint town of Sonderho, known has the most beautiful village in Denmark. A twenty minutes ferry boat takes you to the mainland to the town of Esbjerg, but you can be sure you will want to get back to the island,to get back onto your bike. I will be certain to be back at B&B Mollesti next I visit the island.
