This is a comfortable and upscale hotel. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. The restaurant serves fantastic food and we were overlooking Tivoli Gardens. We were here in winter so everything was closed and it was quiet. But it was beautiful covered in snow.

Nimb Hotel is ideally located, the hotel boasts of all the modern amenities set in a historian setting. Loved that they still believe in a lock and key for their rooms. The hotel staff make you feel special from the moment you arrive and all through the stay. Service is just impeccable and so personalized. A must stay in Copenhagen,

This was our first hotel on a 2 week trip to Scandinavia and it started out with a flourish. The hotel is right next to Tivoli Gardens (amusement park). We had a beautiful suite with a view into Tivoli (but did not have any excessive noise--except for the brief evening fireworks). Service was outstanding and the food from the Breakfast...

I am a D'Angellatrre fan. This time I decided to try something different. So I tried Nimb, a boutique hotel. For a boutique hotel it is great. Comparing it to D'Angellatrre is a different story and could not be fare. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is good. Good stakes down there. Room rates are equivalent to D'Angellatrre unless you get a...

A fantastic four night stay in this beautiful hotel. We had a great stay - all of the staff and genuinely friendly but professional, helpful and welcoming. Also made some good recommendations for us too. Brasserie restaurant superb. Breakfast superb.

Breakfast in the dining area is very good indeed , delicious choices , and breakfast in room is available at no extra charge. Stayed over 3 nights , researched before booking so well aware beforehand of " noise " from Tivoli which others have mentioned- but...

You need to experience this yourself. Nimb if one of those boutique hotels that is a worth the trip even if you did´t plan on going to Copenhagen for anything else. The smallest of details, staff, atmosphere, service, breakfast, location, Tivoli, drinks, rooms with a fireplace, view from the windows, concierge, everything. Only thing I could point out is that...

Perhaps one of the very best boutique hotels I had the pleasure of staying in during 2016. Certainly one of the very best rooms of 2016. The very best bed of 2016. No question! The staff were amazing and the Fru Nimb an exceptional experience. Brilliantly managed by Martin Knak who certainly knows his customers and the needs of a...

My daughter and I, along with 2 of her friends and their mother stayed at the Nimb over the October Half term at Halloween. I can't tell you how wonderful the staff were - nothing was too much and they were so amazing with the children. Nestled right in the Tivoli gardens, the children would just run into the park...

We have just returned from a weekend in Copenhagen where we stayed at the Nimb hotel. I had thought ( when I booked the hotel) that it was beside the gardens, a beautiful peaceful setting. It was by the trivoli gardens but Trivoli is an amusement park!! Anyway it was booked, the hotel looked incredible, with excellent reviews and it...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
