Indre By (Inner City)
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! You can walk almost everywhere.. and the train station is 5 minutes walk too. The room are a bit small but very clean, and very quiet, and the beds are excellent, We also loved the marvelous breakfast, simple but with everything

The ambience is cosy. The room I stayed in quite small and a perhaps a little too dark in decor for my personal liking. The bed was very comfortable and fresh, but the rest of the room didn't feel 100% clean. There was dust on the skirting boards, a little piece of chocolate

In the heart of Copenhagen, Hotel Danmark is an incentive to discover the city by night. Rooms on the street are very, very noisy and the soundproofing between rooms very limited. There is no restaurant in the hotel, no room service, no mini bar, no water bottle. The water

Great service from all i was in contact with, but a tiny room with quite a lot of noise from the street and especially the bathroom from the room next door ruined my sleep. In addition, the bathroom was poorly cleaned with ladies ladies' intimate products still in the bin.

What a wonderful experience at Hotel Danmark. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and kind. Wine hour is fabulous in the bar and it’s such a great experience to get to know other guests. The room we stayed in was decorated with style and class and we loved the four poster bed.

Our room was small and nowhere to sit but for one person. Weird thing was bathroom sink was in the bedroom not in bathroom so one had to come out to wash ones hands every time one went to bathroom at night. Too old fashioned for me.
