First impressions great! Fabulous and beautiful location in good walking distance to everything!Hotel staff are lovely and friendly! Reception staff are a credit to your hotel! Rooms were lovely, tad small but everything you need! My only complaint is there is no mirror by the desk so you have to do your hair and makeup in the bathroom and a...

We stayed three nights but got a room close to elevator with a squeaking floor outside that made all traffic disturbing you at all hours. Also the bed was small and only one bedcover for two persons was not satisfying. Had a special prepaid offer but would have moved if not. The hotel looks beautiful, have a nice spa offer...

We stayed as a group of 5 people traveling in January. Upon arrival, we found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. We booked 2 rooms, one double room and 1 triple room. The triple room had 3 single beds all in the same room. Both rooms had comfortable beds and an awesome shower with good pressure. Most importantly,...

Stayed for 4 nights last week and was really impressed! A 5-10 minute walk from Norreport and easy to find. Room was a good size and clean. WiFi good. Cozy hour is also very handy! Breakfast seems expensive but as I understand, not unusual for hotels in Copenhagen. We popped down to the supermarket which is a few minutes walk...

We stayed here for four nights from the 10th to the 14th February in a family room with our twin 16 year old daughters. Really impressed with the hotel from the Nordic breakfast (they do a family deal) to the room, enough space for the four of us and the attentive hotel staff. Hotel is in a great location a...

We thought this hotel was beautiful. It is centrally located and very easy to find from the station. The view of Pebble Lake as you leave the hotel is stunning. The little touches in the room were lovely too,my daughter and I both appreciated the note under the bed regarding the cleaning that had been done and the lack of monsters that had...

We spent 3 days in the hotel last week and our experience was very good. I was kind of worried at the beginning because I saw a few disappointing reviews but when we got there all our fears ran away. The location is nice, in a quite area 20min walking from the centre. The staff was veré friendly and helpful...

What a lovely hotel. Friendly and relaxed ambience with polite and attentive staff who are a real credit to the hotel. We were a party of four friends and very unfortunately due to a bereavement two of our party had to get home the morning after we arrived. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in finding and booking a flight home....

It's a simple hotel. Nothing especial. The best is the site. Ten minutes to the centre. Our room 412 was very very simple. It needs to be reformed. Very old doors, walls, floor, light switches, connecting room. The curtains are very old and do not block the dawn light. It's complicated to access the window (see photo attached). The safe-box...

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry, you wasn't fully satisfied with your stay. We are situated in an old beautiful mansion in the center of Copenhagen, and the hotel is uniquely furnished with a mix of new Danish design and antiques. We are going through the hotel and are updating the rooms regularly. Some like our style, some...

Hotel is run by ladies which can be clearly seen at the room that was decorated with taste (paintings, all the lamps and furniture and every little detail). The room was very quiet and since the hotel is located a bit side from the streets there were no street noise at all. The bed was really comfy with two sizes...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Kong Arthur is situated right between the beautiful inner lakes of Copenhagen and the buzzing downtown, only 15 min. from the airport by metro. The style is exclusive and modern with a hint of medieval - we call it a mix of rustic and chic. The atmosphere is cozy and informal: A lit fireplace, comfy sofas, pillows in the window sill, a stack of books on the shelves, beautiful courtyards adorned with green plants, cobbles and a unique peacefulness. ... more   less
