We stayed here recently for several nights and on the whole the hotel was fine. The good stuff - the location (just 5 mins from the station, almost next to the Trivoli Gardens and within a couple of minutes of the main shopping area), the staff who were very friendly, and the breakfasts which were reasonable. The downsides were the...

It is a Decent hotel to stay - very quite rooms but a bit dated. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant though but offer standard breakfast options. The location is superb very central for all the right public transport connections.

A nice modern hotel ideally located in the city center. The rooms are clean, somewhat cramped. Has good service, decent breakfast and the most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever slept on in any hotel, anywhere. Kinda felt like sleeping on a super sized dishwashing sponge.

We stayed in Oct 2016, on a 3 night visit to Copenhagen. The hotel was fine, well located and clean, although our room got a bit of a smell from the Indian restaurant below at certain times of the day, a sort of curried fish smell. To be honest we did not complain as it did not last and we...

Friendly staff, quick check in and check out, comfortable rooms with wonderful shower/bath room. A small but very nice touch was that the beds had two single duvets - so no fighting over the duvet in your sleep!! Our booking included free access to 'The Lounge' on the 6th floor, which was a great place to relax over a (free)...

I don't think I'd stay anywhere else in Copenhagen. The rooms are super and do try to find a deal which includes use of the 6th floor "The Lounge" - it's perfect for a late afternoon coffee or pre-dinner drinks and a nibble. Staff were most pleasant tho' a programming error on the entry cards, necessitating a trip back down...

Hotel is good and in an excellent location. Some rooms back onto industrial level heating/aircon which may be noisy. Breakfast is very good although a bit of a scrum. The lack of a proper bar area is a bit of a shame.

Great hotel, good location with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and lovely bar area. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much sound insulation. The hotel is on a busy road and there is a lot of noise from traffic and people (I live in a city so I'm used to a certain amount of background noise). From my room...

Located near the central station where I arrived in the evening and equally near the office I was going to in the morning. All I needed right there. Service was good, it was nice and clean (though I remember thinking the shower head needed to be exchanged, those things need to be spotless or it is gross). I didn't have...

Excellent hotel in a great location. Standard double room very comfortable with lovely ensuite shower room. Our room 605 was at the back so not much of a view. We enjoyed using the Lounge facilities in the evening and there were great views of the city from the balcony. Breakfast was very busy from 8:30am and there was always a...
