Checked in today friendly enough lady served us however didn't show us up to our room on the top floor and seemed like we were left to our own devices. Upon entering the room, which was very difficult to unlock due to a wobbly door handle and also very difficult to lock when we came back to bed our room... More

My friend booked it for us as a surprise. Fairly average, it's a place u just want to sleep n no fuss about. Good location and close to Regency car park which is convenient. The regency car park is one of the cheapest car park close to the town centre. Close to the I360, which is the new attraction in... More

Thank you sstaley for taking the time to review our hotel, which being a 200 year old Grade 1 Regency building on one of the most beautiful Regency squares in the world is far from fairly average? We would consider the Regency car park to be one of the most expensive car parks. We are surprised to hear that you... More

The woman at the front desk was extremely lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the window. The bathroom was very small and the shower head fell off twice and so did the entire shower curtain. The bed was firm but comfortable. Brighton and Hove are beautiful and the hotel is only a short... Many thanks Grace M for your lovely comments and I have passed them onto our small team here. We are thrilled you had a lovely stay with such a gorgeous view over a sun drenched Brunswick Square and calm sea. We are in the process of renovating the bathrooms and will certainly check the shower heads and the curtains. Thank... More

Very good location just off the seafront. Good value for the £50 single room fee. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower and the staff that I met were polite and helpful. I had nice view from my room------the green/small park facing the accommodation. When I return to Brighton, I'll use this hotel again.

Very good customer service at check in, but family room very poor. Smelt of damp. My partner wouldnt use shower as looked decayed. In major need of new furniture. Carpet old. More of a b&b than a hotel. Not worth £120 PER NIGHT. Didnt even include breakfast.

I stayed at this Grade 1 listed hotel last night in a single room which although small was clean, warm, comfortable with lots of hot water and good lighting for reading/makeup. Stayed for 1 night in a twin room at the top of the building. LOTS of stairs- for which we were prepared. The room was clean and had all the basics.
