We enjoyed a Very nice stay at this hotel. Very attentive staff helped us to find things in town. Breakfast was the best we had -smoked reindeer and gravelax even homemade cookies. We would definitely return!

I am amazed that the price I paid is so valuable. How nice to view the breakfast setup with great choices and with detailed candlelights. Had meeting at the hotel in a much alike livingroom. My second time here. Keep on going staff. A pleasure to be here.

The hotel is situated around 1km from the Bus station, around a corner. It is very close to the City Centre - a 5 min walk away. The hotel itself is a compact establishment with elegant decor. Basic toiletries and towels are provided. Our room had 2 single beds and was the perfect size. We also got the jacuzzi and... More

The place is nice in its setting and considering that the area will be swiped off the ground due to relocation of the part of the city - which explain why they haven't refurbished the bathrooms for example. The walls are really thin and in toom 1, you'll hear everything. Sauna can be booked for private sessions. Breakfast is what... More

We stayed for a few days and found the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was typical for the area, though rather tiring by the 3rd day and the coffee left something to be desired. This is the oldest building in the town, the rooms and hotel were ok. The bed was comfortable and the rooms good sized by comparison to... More

We found this hotel after having problems with another hotel in Kiruna. The girl at the reception was really kind and helpful. As soon as we arrived she offered to go and heat the sauna for us. Our daughter was so happy to jump in the jacuzzi. Our room was clean and really cozy! Breakfast was delicious with lots of... More

Worried a bit because no lift but first floor rooms are available, nice cosy feel, breakfast buffet is generous and staff even pack our breakfast on an early departure morning. Lovely walk through city park to and from town center, tourist office and bus station. NOT by active rr station, which is1.2k walk or free ride from bus station.

The hotel is 3-400 m from the town center. Breakfast is an absolute winner. Rooms have a lovely oldish look, beds very comfortable. During white nights do not expect that the blinds will really darken your room. Staff is very kind. On the first floor there is a nice bar, fireplace. If asked, the personnel will serve drinks too.

We spent one night at Hotel Vinter Paletset in Kiruna. It was not a luxury hotel or a chain hotel. It was more like a Bed and Breakfast type hotel. When we came to the hotel, it was raining and very cold. There was free parking outside the hotel which was a big plus point. The receptionist was on the phone... More

Well furnished little hotel. Old fashioned style. Good location only 5 minute walk from the centre of town. Bed was moderately comfortable but in an old iron frame so a bit squeaky if you moved! Great breakfast with boiled eggs, cereals, lots of meats and cheese and fish. Only down side is terrible flimsy blinds; we were kept awake all... More
