Great hotel in a beautiful building and excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and our little balcony had lovely views of the city. Th rooms are on the smaller side, but the charm of the building and the location make up for it! Great...More
I took a break from the Grand Hotel to stay here. Rooms are basic but I was pleased with the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. I highly recommend lunch on the terrace and try the Shrip Salad. It's very good and is highly...More
The location of this hotel is outstanding, across from the water and within walking distance to all of the major sites and public transportation. The rooms were large and well appointed. The elevator was old and though charming, was a pain to operate. Our electronic...More

With its high-end shopping facilities and Michelin-starred restaurants, Östermalm is definitely the poshest part of central Stockholm. Here you will find Stockholm’s most majestic residential buildings, a beautiful market hall from 1888 displaying gourmet foods from around the world and the Swedish Royal Dramatic Theatre with its awe-inspiring architecture. At night, legendary nightclubs make the perfect
location to observe the natives (and those aspiring to become natives of this exclusive neighborhood) in their natural habitat and to enjoy the latest produce of the Swedish house music scene.

Thank you for your message. At the moment we have our Summer offer available at some dates in July, you can search for specific dates to see what offers are availble on our website. If you are very sensitive to sound, I would recommend you to reserve a room facing the courtyard, as the sea view rooms are facing the street. Our courtyard rooms are facing either the courtyard at the back of the hotel, or the Esplanad, a courtyard on the side of the hotel, which might give you glimpse of Strandvägen. Please do not hesitate to Contact our reservations team or visit our website if you wish to make a reservation or if you have any further questions. We hope to welcome you to Hotel Diplomat in July!
