It was a very nice stay at the Kingsgarden Hotel. The staff members are really kind and helpfull. Even with the planification of the day, to find the good restaurants and bars. The breakfast was delicious, we will certainly come back soon.
This hotel just epitomises excellent customer service and hospitality. I feel privileged to have found this absolute gem in such an incredible city. I was travelling with my three-year-old daughter who is very well behaved but at the end of the day she is still three so i worry sometimes how she will be treated in a luxury hotel such as this... the staff made her feel so welcome and engaged her during every interaction. Every encounter with every member of staff was wonderful with nothing being too much trouble. The rooms are elegant and have every amenity you could possibly need. We stayed in a junior suite and I HIGHLY recommend the upgrade if you can. We did have a little problem with the taxi driver from the station trying to find the hotel as it is hidden (which is part of its charm too!) so make sure you make a note of the address before getting into a taxi. The hotel is just a few steps from the ice rink in Kings Garden and maybe 10 minutes walk from the old town too which we loved exploring. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and really delicious. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything which was particularly appealing to my daughter but the hotel made her meatballs and mashed potato (I tried it and they were delicious) with no fuss or issue at all. The breakfast spread and set up was plentiful and again totally delicious! Adam the concierge was so helpful and forthcoming in recommending some attractions which were suitable for families and we loved everything he suggested. I absolutely loved this hotel and i am certain I will be back one day! Thank you :)…
Great hotel and wonderful service. Special mention to Kiki on reception, she was very knowledgeable about the city and a extremely welcoming and friendly face. The rooms on the top floor are very small so if you are staying for longer than 2 nights I'd recommend upgrading as wardrobe / suitcase storage space is very limited and they also get quite hot but concierge will bring a fan. Breakfast is excellent and you cannot get a better location - Highly recommended!
A hidden gem in Stockholm. Situated in the city center, but at a location which makes it quiet and peaceful. Good food at the restaurant, small rooms but they are clean and of good standard. Ours was facing the Kungsträdgården park. The restaurant is very beautiful with a unique look and feel to it. A small typical french menu. We had a perfect moule frittes. High level of Covid measures throughout the restaurant and hotel.
I stayed few days during New Year's Eve and I wish i could have stayed longer ! Everything was perfect, the location, the incredible lobby, the hotel size ( it's so much nicer than giant hotels ), the equipements, the breakfast.... Special stars for the staff ! They are the best, they make you feel like home, always happy to help, to give you tips during your stay etc... It made my stay so much nicer ! My experience was magical and I highly recommend it.
