We travelled with Activities Abroad on their 'Magical Search for Father Christmas' just before Christmas 2016. There was some confusion with the hotel over our room allocation but once this was rectified the villa accomodation was great. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 children and paid the supplement for the villa with the extra space, separate bedrooms, private sauna,...

We visited Kuusamon Tropiikki as family during Christmas´this year. Earlier we have visited in spa and hotel but this time we wanted to spend peaceful time with a family. We rent a hotel's small cottage (2-6people) for 2+2 family. This little house was very cosy and warm. House's equipmentlevel was exellent (wifi, sauna, fireplace etc.) and had enough room for...

Stayed here 19th-23rd Dec 2016 as part of a Lapland "Search for Father Christmas " group holiday with Activities Abroad. We decided on the villa upgrade as there was 5 of us (myself, hubby, son, daughter in law and granddaughter 7) and we could all be together. The villas are well appointed and very warm and new including a private...

I stayed here from 17th December until 21st December as part of a group. I did read the reviews in advance, and to be honest I was a little hesitant about staying. But overall, we had a really good experience. Yes, the swimming pool was expensive, but both jacuzzi's worked and the kids loved the slide and playing in the...

We stayed in one of the newer self catering cabins for a week which was wonderful. Spotlessly clean and everything you could wish for including two bikes to use. Not sure about the hotel as we didn't use any of their facilities but we thoroughly enjoyed our week. Would definitely return. It was an excellent base from which to explore...

This hotel has seen its best years a while ago. It is torn, old and a lot of things is in need of replacement. But it is well functioning for the low off-season price paid. The breakfast has a good selection for glutenintolerant people. Even waffles! I would not recommend to pay for the spa/pool area it's a bit of...

Maybe this hotel was nice and shiny one day, but now the years has passed, and they just let her get old. Room was very small with a bed with springs, very flexible springs. Central controlled air-condition ( I think it is on from 8AM to 8PM ). Showroom with window door was also very interesting. No minibar. Generally very...

I and my wife stayed here for 3 days during this summer. Hotel is getting old, here and there are things that needs to be refurbished. Rooms are nice, they have comfortable beds and decent sized tv. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious for a travelling couple. Problem with staying in the hotel´s "family wing", is that...

The spa needs to be renovated totally. Pools are decent but everything else is... Well, something else. Saunas are clean but replacement stoves are just slammed to their position and markings and pipings of the old ones remain looking untidy and give cheap appearance. Too few showers and many of them are broken partially or completely. Waterfalls in the pool...
