Stayed for one night, fairly easy to reach by bus from the airport. Room number and access code arrived the day before, no issues with access. Room was a good size, mainly clean apart from a few dusty areas and some requiring a bit of tlc. Tea/coffee was well stocked as was the all-in-one hair/hand/body wash which resembled washing up liquid. Couple of supermarkets close by, good that there’s a fridge in the room. Generally quiet but a fair bit of noise from a stag party late at night.

We booked this hotel as part of our long weekend in Helsinki and afterwards we read the reviews, that filled us with dread! However, on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. It's not a hotel I would choose for a romantic weekend away, but for exploring Helsinki you could not be in a better location and it's a good price. The bed and sheets were clean and fairly comfy, there is only 1 pillow each and the mattress is thin, but acceptable. There was plenty of coffee, tea and powered milk to last all our time there. The fridge and microwave were a nice touch- due to the cost in Helsinki we bought breakfast items from the shop opposite. The shower had good pressure, a good temperature and the hair/shower gel smelled gorgeous of apple. I wish I had realised there was no hairdryer prior to my trip, I would have brought my own We would stay again if we revisit Helsinki.

We selected this room for its location and price point and it did not disappoint.
The location was very central and we could just walk everywhere and even be able to come back to take a break from the cold. There are great restaurants just around the hotel. Ekberg is like a 2 minute walk away.
The room was quite spacious, even having a little living room, and everything was quite clean and in order. There was even a mini fridge and a microwave.
Check in was quite easy, we received our code and was able to find everything in order.
All in all, if you plan to spend your time exploring helsinki, it's a great option for good and basic comfort.

The booking is easy, you will be required to fill in your passport details online, if you forget you will receive a reminder, as the hotel will not provide you with you code until you do so.
The reason is there is no reception service here to do it upon arrival.
Once they have all your details they will send by email your code tge day of your arrival which is your "key" to the building, to the lift and to your room, which I find very safe.
The room was spotless, quite big, space for luggage, bathroom is basic but really all we needed (bring your shower gel and shampoo!). Beds are very comfortable.
As there is no breakfast option, there is a microwave, a fridge and a space with seats and table, as well as kettle tea and coffee which is great as we arrived at midnight on arrival day.
Location is great, 10 min from the Central Station (VR and HSL) and 10 min from the Kamppi shopping centre where the lower level is the bus station (eg to go to Porvoo)
Price is very good and we will gladly come back on our next visit !
Kiitos!

We stayed here from the 27th of July and checked out on the 3rd of August and after the site we witnessed on the day of checking in we nearly checked out straightaway.

There were hairs and god knows what under the mattress and even dead moths. There looked to be dead insects too. The mattress on the "double bed" (2 beds joined together) was worn and ready to be dumped but covered over.

The white sheets and covers had stains all over them which highlights that they either don't wash them themselves properly or worse again if they send them to a launderette, the launderette is not doing their job.

This was in room 216.

We had to get on to Booking to tell them and send them photos and it was only then we got a satisfactory response from the hotel.

We were moved to 215 and it was definitely cleaner.

The next issue was that once you use the towels they don't check to see if you need fresh ones and my wife had to message the hotel about this and bins not being checked or emptied. We stayed for 6 nights and our room WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL even though after 5 days it should have been. Sometimes she didn't receive a reply when making a query.

There is great potential here if they were regimental with their hygiene but the probably don't care due to its location and in fairness it is in a great location but I would definitely understand the negative reviews over the hygiene.

Now I am sure the hotel would like to use a polite reply saying they are glad to hear we like the location but the hotel should really do its job and make sure the rooms are really clean and that includes under the mattress, under the beds, sheets, towels and bins and save the embarrassing replies that will make them look insincere.

This is the first bad review I have ever given a hotel because no paying customers with a family looking forward to a holiday should ever have their trip started off like that.

This was a really disappointing stay. Getting the room code and into the property worked well – the code was sent by email and text. Once in the room, I checked the mattress and mattress cover and had a very nasty surprise. They were filthy and covered in stains, stains that looked like bodily fluids. I figured there was no way I would sleep on that. The hotel has no front desk but rather a number you can call. It turns out that this number is a premium rate Finnish number that cannot be called from international phones. Fortunately, I was able to use Skype to call. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and got me a new room immediately. He also kindly offered to comp breakfast for me; however, I had already made plans and didn’t take him up on the offer. The second room was better, the mattress cover was at least clean, but the base of the bed had really nasty stains on it.

The rooms are not serviced on a daily basis, which means that dirt just accumulates and I’m sure that when they are cleaned, there isn’t enough time to clean properly. There was mould in the bathroom in both rooms. It is absolutely inexcusable that the mattresses and covers should be so dirty – these need to be cleaned and rotated regularly and it’s clear that this is not happening. I’ll give 1 star for the friendly agent who got me another room. However, the fact that the rooms are filthy, the mattresses and covers don’t seem to be regularly cleaned and full of previous guests’ bodily fluids, and the fact that the helpline is not available to call from international phones, I would not recommend this hotel and will not book here again for my planned subsequent visits to Helsinki.

I stayed a long period and lost a lot of money to this crappy place. At last they gave me an offer (you can ask an offer if you stay longer) and when I accepted it they said I cannot get it - even they made me the offer!! - and said they got no rooms on that price and I can book more expensive options. And you'd easily see from the website that there's cheaper rooms and I accepted their offer right away even it'd have been valid 2 weeks. When I called them said they won't continue my reservation. And I had to wait every answer like a week btw. So if you want a hotel that you cannot trust and it advertises cheap deals even it only wants to trick you this is your place. If you don't want to support a non-trustable hotels go elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The mattress was soiled and disgusting (it seemed like blood or fecal matter) and possibly pest-ridden. Photos as proof. We had to find a new hotel at nearly 23h at night when arrived because we could not stay there. After months of trying to merely ask for a refund, we were sent in circles. Multiple phone calls, international call charges, endless email threads. 5 months later, they finally said they couldn’t process the refund as the wire had been rejected and they had incurred fees and did not wish to attempt again. (the banking info we provided was correct, nor did we ever receive notification they were having trouble). Avoid if you want to stay somewhere hygienic and if you expect any basic customer service. We will be continuing to fight this, but don’t stay here, so you don’t have to go through what we are

My check-in experience at this hotel was appalling. Not only was the red T-shirt guy who mentioned as supervisor was unhelpful with room service, but they also couldn't communicate in either English or Finnish. I'm left questioning the competence of this hotel's management. The individual I interacted with during check-in seemed more like a regular worker than a supervisor, and their inability to communicate in English or Finnish was concerning. How could someone in a supervisory role lack such fundamental language skills? It reflects poorly on the hotel's hiring and training practices. If even basic communication is a challenge for the supposed supervisors here, it's clear that this establishment has serious issues that need addressing.

From the airport you can take the train (I or P) and it'll take you to Helsinki in about 30 minutes I don't know if this can be useful, it helped me before visiting Helsinki for the first time two years ago: visit the website HSL(.)fi Then from the railway station to the hotel it's just 10 minutes walk (I used the big shopping centres as points of reference, like Stockmann and Kamppi).

Yo creo que no, porque es un hotel sin recepción y entras al portal y la habitación con un código. Pero no estoy segura.
