Our group of three was very lucky to get a room here through Icelandic Farm Holidays; we had no idea how sparse rooms are along the Ring Road once you're along the south coast since the tour buses tend to reserve a lot of them for their groups. As another reviewer suggested, have your voucher with you. We stayed in...

We were four friends staying one night in the cute cottage. There are three rooms in the cottage so we shared with another couple, who luckily for us were super great and friendly. The cottage: is simply decorated but has everything you need. Wifi, washing machine, TV, cooking facilities, bathroom with shower. Nice and clean. Nothing extravagant but the fact...

Solun together with her 2 daughters run the B&B in Summer at Hof in her parents House, right under the biggest Mountain in Iceland 'and close to the Gletsjer Lagoon Jokulsarlon, Skaftafell, and Puffins at Ingolfshofdi Cape. At first notice Solun appears to be somewhat (Icelandic) short & reserved, which is purely caused due to the language barrier (Her English...

This place is lovely! I recommend it because it is right off Route 1 close to Skaftafell, not in Hofn as it suggests. It is in a beautiful setting! It sits on amazing land right at the base of a mountain. I really enjoyed our accommodations - we were given a room in one of the detached houses down the...

This isn't a bad place to stop. The rooms are basic, the soundproofing isn't good but it is cheap and adequate. After a day on the road in Iceland we slept like a log. It has a shared bathroom. It is in a scenic area and the woman who runs it is nice. If you want dinner, you need to...

We had a very comfortable night, and an enjoyable breakfast at Litla Hof. The woman who owns it with her family, and runs it on her own, keeps everything immaculately clean and in order. She is a great hostess, if a little formal. She is also a very good knitter, with a range of garments for sale which represent excellent...

Located right on the beach, Litlahof was a pleasant surprise for us. We reached there on the 4th day of our Full circle tour. The owner is a warm and pleasant lady who would take pains to make you comfortable. They also offer eggs on order for breakfast. This can be uncommon for Iceland B&B which usually only provide cold...

This was our favorite stay in Iceland. Farmhouse 599 (as Icelandic Farm Holidays calls it) is family-run with sheep and horses and plenty of fresh air. The site is very open and grassy with walking and hill climbing enough to satisfy anyone. Easy drives get you to Skaftafell for glaciers and hikes, or Jokulsarlon for black sands and newly formed...

We were on a camping trip and this place was the only one with a room available that night. It had been raining nonstop and we were just so thankful for not having to sleep in our wet tent that we really didn't care what it looked like. Sleeping in a dry, comfortable bed was amazing after all those nights...

After a long car trip to see the glaciers and the glacier lagoon, Litla-Hof was a very welcoming rest. It was established as a way to supplement a working family farm, and it has a feeling of home. The rooms are very comfortable, impeccably clean and modern with 2 shared bathrooms and a shared small seating area. The surprising large...
