Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel's Favourite
This is THE hotel to stay in if you can swing the cost. Our room was so gorgeous, it blew us away. We had a corner suite with a huge bathtub and floor to ceiling windows with a killer view of Reykjavik. I thought this would be a no-service experience but not at all - we were greeted on the 20th floor by an extremely helpful and friendly staff member who gave us a quick tour. There's a centrally located lounge area with drinks and snacks, and the elevators are super quick and usually waiting in the lobby for you when you get in. You can Maps the hotel to find it, but make sure you follow the detailed instructions Tower Suites sends you about how to get in - it's easy to miss the front door because there's no large sign announcing "Tower Suites". The service was 5 star, and they bring you a huge breakfast in your room each morning at whatever time you designate. It's honestly worth visiting Iceland just to stay in this hotel.

Very clean, spacious and modern, including bathroom (with a separate bath tub and shower). Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location and free parking came in handy as we had a hire car. Wonderful continental breakfast served in our room. My family including my children loved it!

Fantastic 3-night stay at the Tower Suites. The hotel decorated the room for my daughter's birthday which was a great touch. The hotel is in an ideal location, 10 minutes walk from the main street with shops and restaurants. Lovely modern suite with excellent views. The breakfast is excellent and delivered to the room at the agreed time. There is also an "honour bar" where you can pay for what you use. We would absolutely stay at the Tower Suites again if we are in Reykjavik. Can't recommend the Tower Suites enough!

After traveling more than 10 hours, the staff of this hotel was the only one who really care, warm welcome, refreshments, place to rest in the meantime the room is avsilable, access to the wifi, restroom, all personalized, they even were aware of the flight we were into, really top of the line caring. Worth the cost

Excellent stay at the Tower suites. Modern, clean and very comfortable beds. We were a group of 3 girls and we all had our own bed. Very impressed with thf breakfast too! The staff were very helpful, we had to call them when we arrived and she met us on the ground floor. Our suite was on the 20th floor, very fast lift. The tower suites were not that easy to find there was only a small sign on the ground floor of the modern office block but once we located it, was very easy to find again. The receptionist was very helpful.Thank you!

Wow! Initially a little tricky to find as there's only a small aign in the window indicating Tower Suites, but once inside we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who explained how it all worked. We had suite 8 for 3 people and the views were stunning from the 20th floor. The room was impeccably clean and so the design so well thought out. We arranged breakfast for 9.30am but after waking earlier than we hoped, messaged to see if it could be done earlier. They were so accommodating and the bountiful breakfast arrived 20 minutes later. Can't reccomend this place highly enough and just a 10 minute walk to the main bar/ restaurant roads.

Picked this place for the view and was not disappointed at all. The staff were all exceptional and went out of their way to make my girlfriend's birthday extra special. Loved the location as we were just far enough from the downtown for quiet evenings, but close enough to walk everywhere. Cabs are only $15-20 if you get tired of walking. Breakfast is perfect to start the day. You pick the time and they are always prompt. While it is not a full service hotel, we had no issues at all. They have a small lounge with an honor bar which was nice so you could always get a drink or a coffee. We will be staying there again.

Amazing hotel with the best views in Reykjavik. Location is great, you can easily walk anywhere in town. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. Rooms are brilliant too, with a really nice breakfast included. We sometimes don't sleep too well in hotels, but we couldn't hear any guests in the other rooms and the mattress was so comfy I just had to email the hotel to find out what the brand was. Overall I cannot find anything to fault, it was a perfect stay - Thank you.
