We booked here on our way back to Isafjordur, so it was fairly convenient for the domestic airport the next morning. We travelled from the international keflavik airport to here using the fly bus. We arrived at about 1am and the reception was open, we checked in and were given the wifi code. We were on the top floor, and there...

I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights. The Capital Inn is ideally located if you have a hire car for getting around Iceland on your own. It was an excellent base for us and made our excursions very easy. The breakfast was good, had everything you need. Our room was on the second floor and I was really...

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend here and it was very pleasant, Hassan was warm, welcoming and very helpful when it came to booking trips! For the price, it was faultless. I'd recommend without any reserve and will be visiting very soon.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this guest house for one week and I must say that the service is just great! We had a "Deluxe Double" with private bathroom. The room was very nice decorated in purple and it had a small flat screen TV. The toilet was separate from the shower, which is great as both can be...

I recently stayed in this hostel with 2 other friends. I wasn't sure what to expect from other reviews but I had an extremely pleasant stay here. The staff behind the reception desk were always friendly and gave great advice on travelling and also printed off boarding passes for us no problem. There's no lift, we were on the first...

Cheap hotel for a budget holiday in Iceland; It was a bit far away from the centre, but that`s why is on budget; I was a bit disappointed as we were in a flat - 3 rooms + living/kitchen area; when I booked the room pictures showed me a separate room with a sink inside the room; I was aware...

I stayed at this hotel on my last two nights in Iceland. I arrived around 2pm, and had no problems checking in. My single room was small, but clean enough. It includes a tiny TV and plenty of storage space (I had all my camping gear with me and it fit just fine). My room included a shared bathroom down...

I stayed in a shared bunk room and everything was decent. The receptionist was stern but helpful, and the common area was pretty damn spacious. In general, I'm rating this high because it's good value for the expensive capital of the world: Rekjavic.
