We had two apartments here. Both had everything needed for a self catering stay. Not easy to find, its on the side of a hill. Everything was clean and tidy. Not really a great deal of choice in Iceland. Lovely to visit the country once but wouldn't go back unless I had to but would be happy with same accommodation...

We stayed in the cosy apartment. Yes it's small but absolutely fine for two people! Clean, warm, modern with all the basic amenities you could need. Very easy walking distance to town, cheap/free parking close by. The tiny bathroom was a little stuffy but that was the only downside. I suppose the tv reception wasn't the best in the gale...

Stayed hear in February 2015 with a few friends and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very central, so ideal for walking into Reykjavik and exploring the city as we could be in the centre within 5 minutes. The apartment itself was small (1 bed with a sofa-bed in the lounge) but plenty of space for our weekend break...

We stayed in the Cosy Central Apartment on Ranargata. It's advertised as 'small', but that's relative: as a family of four we had ample space. It is cosy, but it had everything we needed: a good kitchen (no microwave though), great shower, a small bedroom with nice and firm twin bed and a roomier living room with very comfy sofa...

We visited Iceland for the first time in June for my father's birthday. I traveled with him, my aunt and my boyfriend. We were all accommodated in a wonderful apartment within walking distance to central Reykjavik. Clean and comfortable, ample space and walking distance to a bakery and market to fill our fridge. Also had a washer dryer in the...

Stayed in a apartment about a 15 minute walk away from centre of town. Third floor was a bit of a hike with large suitcases but was worth it. Apartment was roomy, clean and warm. Had no problem with noise. Sjonni was very helpful when booking was made and sent us instructions on location and how to access the apartment....

The good: The location was great, right at the start of the main street into Reykjavik. The facilities of the apartment were good, but an oven would've been nice. Free Wifi was good. Soon was very helpful and understanding when directing us over the phone. The bad: The apartment was a little bit tired. A few things were broken on...

excellent location at the centre of Reykjavik, still there are many parking space on the streets nearby. However, the room we stayed in is terribly maintained, there are many dirt marks on the white leather sofa that make us feel uncomfortable, so we have to cover them up with towels before sitting. and there are some weird and unpleasant smell...

“Bring earplugs if you plan to stay here on a Friday or Saturday night. Also, don't shop at the Kvosin grocery store nearby ... the selection is not great and the prices are high. Walk a few blocks and shop at the Bonus on Ingólfsstræti, where you'll find much more to choose from and way better prices.”
