Me and my boyfriend have just come back from 6 nights here and we both agree the owner Baldor, was one of the most helpful and kind owners we've both met. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help us which we both really appreciated. The kitchen and bathroom are both very clean, the beds...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in March. We got a lovely welcome from Baldur and his wife and he got out a travel map and showed us the nearby attractions and how to get to the Main Street, along with a few hints like the coastal walk and the swimming pool across the road which were...

Stayed for a few nights and the room was nice and clean with comfy beds. When we arrived the reception was closed but a key was left for us and a map circled with all supermarkets and buses etc. Location was further away from the main town than we thought (45 min walk) but an enjoyable walk with lovely views....

Not really in the centre of the town, but quite easy to reach it walking or by bus. Bus stop very close to the guesthouse and frequent. Great swimming pool just in front of Laugabjarg, open until 10pm, great to chill after spending the whole day out on tours. Cozy environment, shared kitchen and toilets with the other guest, but...

A friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. It was great value for money and the staff were amazing. It's close to the beach but about a 15 minute walk to the city. Shared bathroom but very clean, and two kitchens so great place to stay if on a budget. I was definitely recommend staying here.

Yes, a million times yes. I adore this place specially because of its owners - and I will get to that soon. We booked a room for four nights and as we arrived all felt like home right away. The house is cozy, there's a well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. It is not too far from the city...

Wanted to find an economical housing option while staying in Reykjavik and I found it! Enjoyed a private room with a shared bath in a nice residential neighborhood. Arrived late, but the host left instructions in a convienent location. The host and hostess were wonderful and very accomodating. As it is a guesthouse it saved me on food costs as...

Positives: The landlord was nice and polite, kinda a free spirit type of person guy. He provided us with personal detail map and told us all the details about Reykjavik. Room (twin room, ground floor) was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equipped. There is no Bonus (an affordable grocery store) nearby but you can find a 24/7 supermarket (rather...

This guesthouse had a very homey, friendly feel to it. My room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed and clean. Across the main road lies Reykjavik's best-rated thermal pool, which is part of a pleasant park. A good Icelandic restaurant is up the road, and there are other places to eat and drink nearby....

My husband and I spend our first night in Reykjavik here. What lovely owners! extremely helpful and kind. The guest house is walking distance from the city center. The room was cozy and warm, with plenty of storage for our belongings. The bed was clean and the wifi worked perfect! The owner's wife is Colombian like me and was thrilled...
