A modern, family owned guest house in a "country hotel style".Well located in the old city center. Across the street from Hallgrims church and the beautiful sculpture garden of The National Einar Jensson Gallery. The Flybus from Keflavik airport stops right at our doorstep. Only a few minutes walk away from the busy streets with popular cafes and restaurants, good variety of shops, museums and art galleries.

A perfect stay. Courteous, spotlessly clean. great position. being of a certain age, we were somewhat nervous about sharing a bathroom. In practice, like everything else at Sunna, it was perfect. To be satisfactory, a hotel or boarding house should be like a game of

Had a great 8 night stay at this humble and simple guesthouse which offers free breakfast daily. Housekeeping was done everyday too. The receptionists on duty were always so accommodating to the request and observant enough to know if you are keen to go for some adhoc day tours.

You will have to check with them directly. Our room had to single beds and there would have been no room for a third. Book directly through them and breakfast is included. I made the mistake of booking third party for the cheaper price and breakfast was excluded and would've been $18 per person extra! Lesson learned.

We did not ask for a late checkout. You may call them to find out. Note, forgot to metioned i dont think there is elevator. Restaurants in iceland are very expensive. Though No tips country. Yes no tipping. I will suggest to look up tripadvisor for local restaurants review.
