This B&B was nice. We had a family room, which was perfect for us. Rooms are clean, but roof right above master bed is slanted (be careful not to hit your head!). Shared bathroom with neighboring room (one couple), which was no problem. Walls are thin and the water was cold for showers. Not sure how that happened, since this...

Had a lovely stay at this B&B. The place was very clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable. Great view of the church from the back patio. Too bad we were only there for one night, so didn't get to use any of the amenities (seating area, back patio with a hot tub, etc.)

Quiet place in the center of this small town. Clean with basics, staff are attentive and helpful, a good place to rest from the long routes that Iceland requires travel site. In this small town is a good option and more if you would take a ferry in the next day

We really enjoyed this B&B in this fantastic western seaside town. Very clean rooms and bathrooms; excellent breakfast with bread/butter/cheese/meats/smoothies and great coffee - plus eggs on request. Excellent location close to town but away from noise. Lovely views. We would definitely return!

We enjoyed two very pleasant nights at Baenir and Braud. The room was very clean and comfortable. We shared a spotless bathroom with another room. The breakfast was truly spectacular: homemade bread, fruit, granola, yogurt, salmon, cheese, scrambled eggs, a fruit smoothie, and coffee. The B&B is a short walk to the harbor where the fish and chips stand provides the best...

The owner, Greta, runs as well the Eglisen hotel. But this house seems to be run as a second hotel, I'm not sure anybody lives here permanently. We were all tourists. The rooms are OK, not very large, with limited amenities, but spotless clean and quiet. The shared bathrooms are sufficient (one bathroom for two rooms). The breakfast was absolutly...

We had a great stay for the night at this guesthouse. We had two rooms upstairs that had a bathroom that we shared. Rooms are quite small but bed is comfy! There's a nice living area on the main floor where you can watch TV and enjoy some hot tea from a great selection. Breakfast was filled with some nice...

close to the harbor, sights and restaurants of Stykkisholmur. Our hostess was friendly, helpful and made us the most wholesome breakfast of our 17 day trip. Eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit and cheeses, varieties of tea, etc. Our shared bathroom room on the second floor was spacious by Icelandic guesthouse standards while also immaculate. The view toward the church...
