Had a lovely welcome for Stuart an family! Was a very relaxing, comfortable and tidy room. Breakfast was amazing and cant wait for the treehouse to be built!! Will return for the B&B too! If you need a relaxing break, please check out Oakside lodge
Lovely couple of days away with my partner was just what we needed. Stuart was very welcoming on arrival and rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was amazing and such a lovely choice of cereal and then a fantastic cooked breakfast. Took a walk around the grounds with some amazing views and with only a 10 minute drive into Canterbury cant really go wrong. Definitely would recommend.
My wife and I booked a mini-break here, as a base for exploring Canterbury and Dover. We were warmly welcomed by Stuart and shown to our room, which was immaculately furnished. Breakfast on the two mornings of our stay were superb, and set us up for the day. An excellent break.
Just had two nights here, omg totally wonderful! Literally a 10 minute drive to Canterbury but your stay is in the countryside so peaceful and idyllic. Had a lovely warm welcome by stuart who is a really nice guy. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. This is the first time I have ever been to a b&b and actually been sad to leave! Cant wait to come back x
It was my husbands 70th Birthday, we wanted to book somewhere quiet. We went as a family and booked 3 seperate rooms and tables, due to coving restrictions, which was perfect. The host Stuart was so lovely, nothing was to much trouble! We did meet Georgiana briefly, but as they have a young family, Stuart is the person that cooks the breakfast etc. The rooms at Oakside Lodge are very clean and comfortable. Sanitisers in the rooms, fully stocked tea making facilities. The Breakfast was amazing, the meat was sorced from the pigs that are kept on a small holding near the lodge. The children loved petting the pigs and chickens have the run of outside. The Lodge is set in acres of woods, so its wonderful to explore. Its perfect for visiting Canterbury and Whitstable etc! The only thing I would have changed is the number of nights we booked, only booked the one night, should have booked more. Will definitely be going back in the summer!…
