Alarm bells should have rang when we turned up and the manager wanted full payment for the whole stay even though we wanted to see our room first, however we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Once we'd paid it all went down hill. we weren't shown to our room or had any help with our luggage. Breakfast was...

Booked online through a third party, was supposed to be provided with breakfast lunch and evening meal but wasn't offered anything. After a close inspection of the establishment I declined to even quibble about the food that I had paid for which was supposed to be provided. Seems that this place is a parking place for people from the Czech Republic,...

We stayed out of season for one week and would have checked out if it had been any longer. The room we were allocated had been refurbished but the shower leaked and we had to mop floor each time we used it. The general lack of safety was shocking! there was piles of building materials on unlit walkways. We had...

I can only speak and voice my opinion about the swimming area as we only planned to visit here for the day! We were here not even 10 minutes! The swimming pool area is tiled. So when the tiles are wet your children or anyone would fall over- and possibly really hurt themselves! It was even slippery with shoes on!...

Room: Although we've booked a bungalow we were sent to a room upstairs at the back of the hotel. After strong protest we were moved to a bungalow next day. Size of room okay. Bathroom much too small. Aircondition disturbing during sleep. Service: The hotel manager was not interested in any complaints, for example shoes were 'removed' by the cleaning...

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were great with a lot of space and comfort. The people and workers there were very friendly. The two pools were lots of fun-The adults enjoyed the large pool while the kids had a great time with the slides at the smaller pool. The beach was clear with fish that...

Negatives: I have a two year old and a one year old. We booked two bungalows for 9 nights. The bungalows all had marble floors so if there was a tiny splash of water on the floor your kids including you would almost certainly slip and fall. At first the Hotel Management thought it would be a good suggestions to...

The hotel offers a good quality for its prices! Its clean, there's enough space (we travelled off-season, though), when you hire a car you get around easily. An advice: when tired of the hotel food, cross the mainroad and try out restaurant ALMIRA. A new little place that has superb food for a good price!

Stayed here for a couple of nights late august. Place has been expanded to 64 bungalows from originally around 30 set around a small pool surrounded by gardens. The older bungalows are single story and near the pool, the newer ones at the rear are separate two story blocks located away from the pool and the reception / food area....
