Welcome to Sea Point Villas . We provide access to some of the finest Coral Bay Villas around, making it easy for you to get the greatest selection of homes and places to stay possible. Sea Point Villas is a complex of luxury holiday Cyprus Villas and Bungalows which are for rent in Coral Bay, Paphos Cyprus. Every villa that we provide has 3 bedrooms and their own private pool and garden. Tucked away in a quiet road in Coral Bay, the villas that we provide are close enough to be within walking distance to the beach and pubs, but far enough to be quite and tranquil. The coast line is just a 200m walk, where you can enjoy some snorkelling and fishing, or you can just relax as you watch the yachts sail by, taking in the stunning sunset view! Our Cyprus holiday homes are perfect as both a family getaway, a romantic break, and as a place to chill and relax and walk the area. They are also ideal for accommodation for sports teams, wedding accommodation, and especially a break from the harsh winter! Furthermore, all of our Cyprus bungalows are ideal for disabled guests or for small children that cannot climb stairs yet, as they are situated on just one level. Roman steps facilitate access to the pools, and the doors are wide enough to fit a wheelchair with ease. We the owners are on-site daily, always on hand to ensure that the guests experience true Cypriot Hospitality. If this is to be your first time in Cyprus or in Coral Bay, We will show you around the area, and even take you to the supermarket! Whatever you need, we will do our best to assist. All villas and bungalows are equipped with Wi-Fi and have flat screen TV’s for your entertainment and viewing pleasure. As a place to come for your holidays, Sea Point Cyprus Villas are ideal. We offer a quiet, secluded environment for relaxation and enjoyment while still being close to Coral Bay Centre. They also offer a perfect base and easy access from which to explore and experience all the local culture, history, traditions and customs of the wonderful people of Cyprus.

This was our first villa experience having always used adult only all inclusive hotels and we couldn’t have selected a better villa or location. The luxury of the villa itself, the beautiful sea view from the upstairs terrace made it even more perfect and ensured this one of the best holidays we’ve had. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance, as is the beach. The owners, Tina land Andreas, live on site and couldn’t have done enough for us, nothing was a problem, which made it even more perfect. We booked via Jet2, which meant we had to vacate early as we had a late flight time. However, Tina and Andreas went over and above and made sure we had accommodation until our airport pick up, ensuring our last day was stress free. Highly recommend.

Our villa was absolutely perfect! The rooms were gorgeous, an amazing view including a rooftop terrace to enjoy it from! Plenty of room for all guests & an en suite with everyone room was brill. Tina has been nothing but friendly & even allowed us a late check out no problem because of our late transfer / flight :) amazing service & a great villa! 100% recommend. Thanks Tina

Stayed in the 3 bed villa with all the other 7 villas used by family & friends whilst we were in Cyprus for my sons wedding. These villas are amazing and couldn’t recommend them more. Everything you need with a lovely welcome pack. Tina & Andreas so helpful and friendly with lots of advice of restaurants to visit and other helpful tips. Would definitely love to visit again.

We hired all 8 of the seapoint villas for our wedding, with close family and friends occupying all of them. This place was absolutely perfect for the holiday if a lifetime. Tina and Andreas were very helpful with information and recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for top quality accommodation in a perfect location, then I 100% recommend seapoint villas. We will absolutely be back to visit coral bay on a regular basis and after this stay, wouldn’t even consider any other villa/hotel for our stay.

We rented a 3 bed house for 14 nights in August. The owners Andreas & Tina were wonderful and very helpful. They arranged for us to be collected from the airport and also arranged for our hire car to be delivered to the house. Lovely area to stay in as next to the house was a dirt road leading to the sea. Here you can relax and swim in the rock pools. The local beaches were very nice and so reasonable to hire beds there. No panic to get their early! We always found beds whatever time we arrived. Some very good local restaurants and some average. We tried to avoid the ‘strip’ as do not like to eat in fluorescent lighting and loud music. We preferred the quieter restaurants away from the ‘football shirt’ crowd 😉 We were made very welcome and loved the local hospitality wherever we went. We will certainly be going back again. Must have’s / tips: 1. Hire a car. Too far to walk to beaches / restaurants etc 2. Plenty of suntan lotion. I got very burnt in the rockpools and had to visit a doctor- twice! 3. Take napoy sacks / dog poo bags with you. No flushing of paper in Cyprus means … you guessed it. Take bags!! 4. Sockets same as UK ✅ 5. Drive on same side of the road ✅ 6. Local bar ‘legends’ great for live football ✅…

What an excellent experience our family had staying in this lovely accommodation. The welcome was very warm and our Hosts Andreas and Tina were really great, helping us enjoy the local and wider areas with great advice. We were able to enjoy through their recommendations the best Cypriot food I have ever had (its my 5th visit to Cyprus). My 2 daughters loved our villas pool which was perfect for varying levels of ability. The Villa itself was very well appointed with every item you would need and was both spacious and cosy at the same time. The villa was situated in a quiet and peaceful location. The local area is great with stunning coastal views, beautiful beaches and plenty of local restaurants/bars . We loved our Sea Point Villa and had a lovely holiday The villa suited our needs and had a great walk in pool and BBQ area. Surrounding the villa were mature Cypriot style gardens. It was in a quiet area of Pegeia close to the lovely Coral Bay beaches. The villa owners were so very helpful without being instrusive. We definitely hope to return. Jennifer & Alexander

We had an excellent family week away in this beautiful villa. Tina and Andreas were great hosts, very friendly and approachable. They had a wealth of knowledge about the local area and places to visit and eat. The villa was clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday and the welcome package was an unexpected bonus. It was a short walk to some lovely lagoons and the beach. There were also several nice restaurants within walking distance including Oniro by the Sea which was our favorite. The pool was a great size for some family splash fun and inflatables. We would definitely book to stay here again!

We are not long back from a fantastic week with Seapoint Villa's! The host Tina was very attentive and accommodating. We were so impressed with the clean facilities and our initial needs were provided for, like milk and water for when we arrived- which was very a nice touch! The local supermarket provide very good drivers to take and collect their customers and local bars and restaurants are a short walk away. The beach is nearby too but in a short walk to get there. We are looking to return as soon as we can :)

We’ve just got back from another week at Sea Point Villas. This was our third visit in last than a year, we just love it there! So welcoming and friendly, perfect for our little family (5 year old daughter). Beautifully clean, easy to access from the airport and close to local amenities. We’ve stayed in two different villas and this time we stayed in one of the bungalows. We have a baby on the way and this would be perfect for anyone with a baby. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming and we’ll definitely be going back again!
