Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had the misfortune to be put up in this ( 2 star at best) hotel for one night due to the cancellation of our EasyJet flight. The accommodation was extremely basic ( think 1970s youth hostel) with mouldy and extremely dated bathroom/bedroom. The beds were so bad we got no sleep at all. The food was extremely basic we decided to eat outside the hotel. Staff members were very rude and completely unhelpful. The only good thing about this hotel is a decent swimming pool. If your looking at this hotel then I suggest you look elsewhere to avoid a huge disappointment!!

We were ‘PUT’ in here by easyJet after our flight was delayed for 24 hours. We walked past a pack of Cats that were running up trees. We got into the room which looked like a dirty youth hostel. The only three stars this property has were outside. The bathroom had black mould growing in the shower. I moved the bed cover and to my horror some of the sheet was moving. We left and handed the keys in, the ‘receptionist?’ She just shrugged, not bothering to even ask why. We contacted easyJet and were told it was emergency accommodation which was suitable. I have chronic heart disease and do not and would never, sleep in a dirty, rundown room. We booked a 5*, fully inclusive hotel but were treated very poorly indeed. EasyJet staff cut me off about 5 times and should be ashamed at the way they treated us. black

I had the misfortune to have to stay here for one night due to a cancelled easy jet flight. One person on reception checking 3 full coaches of people in and I was near the back of the queue. When I eventually reached the desk I was told it was very inconvenient that I was on my own. It was hardly my fault that easy jet had informed the hotel that everyone needed a twin room. My room was very dated, the bed was smelly, the shower curtain mouldy and thick dust on the tv. However the air con worked and there was efficient Wi Fi. The seats in the reception area were comfortable but badly stained. The lift was very dirty. It was not a good experience.

We were booked in here by our airline for 1 night due to a flight delay. The staff did a great job providing rooms to over 100 people with very short notice. With that said, I suggest you avoid. The room was unclean with multiple dark hairs on the bedsheets, sticky stains on the table surfaces, and other stains on the walls and bed frame. The only plug socket in the room was falling off the wall. The decor is very beige and dated. Some serious maintenance and redecoration needed to revitalise the place.

We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay and couldn't fault the service. Our room was bright and clean. The staff were so friendly as they rushed through over 100 people coming off the easy jet flight, giving out keys for the rooms. Breakfast was good too.

Our flight was delayed overnight so the airline organised this hotel for us, what a poor way to end our lovely holiday. The hotel is as basic as they come , the food was terrible & im not a fussy eater at all , would definitely not pay to stay here. Thank goodness we are only here 1 night , I couldn't stay another night comfortably.

It's cheap, and for the money it's OK. I wouldn't spend a week here as its too dark and dingy but it had good points The pool area is lovely, nice soft sunbeds and fruit trees make it a really pleasant place to lounge. The room is clean, the washing product is good quality Breakfast very basic but OK, you won't starve Negatives are that while the pool area is lovely, the chairs and tables are very grimy looking, the could do with a steam clean. Ditto the balcony furniture. The room whole clean has to be the most depressing colour of beige there is, and everything in the room is beige. The reception area and the hotel in general has a very dark and oppressive vibe, nothing bright and cheerful about it. That said it was value for the price we paid and if your happy with that then you could do worse I suppose.

3 star stay. No water or coffee maker in the room. Air conditioning was not very strong. We stayed here our last night because it was closest to the airport. The room was clean, and they do have a nice pool. But no water and coffee in room was a problem

Arrived late at night and the gentleman on the desk admitted me rather than welcomed me. Sadly, in terms of staff interpersonal skills he was the best; everything was an effort for the reception staff. The room was like a sauna when I opened the balcony for air my view was a flat roof with discarded items. I tried desperately to get something from the air con however the hair dryer set on cold was more effective. The fridge was warm however I was informed that in order to have the fridge switched on a daily rate of €2.50. The safe was another extra charge €3 therefore expect to pay per week €40 extra for the sense of security and a cold drink of water. Honestly I was surprised the toilet door was not coin operated. It may seem trivial however it does add to the soulless ambience of a hotel well past its sell by date. The only positive was the housekeeping. For all intents and purposes the hotel is a run down motel and only of use in an emergency
