We did not actually stay at this campsite, but we did use the beach and bar/cafe during the daytime. It's simple and reasonably priced. I have read some reviews that it gets a bit rough in the evenings in the summer months. All was OK for us, as it was within walking distance from our villa.

This place is great with plenty of exploring, a beach bar with a beautiful sunset and a nice beach. If you go when the locals are on holiday though then take some earplugs, You will be hearing very loud music from people playing trance on one side, heavy metal the other side, reggae somewhere else, dubstep and any other type...

What a lovely hideaway for peace and tranquility away from the busier beaches Great little tavern close by that serves great food that's not too pricey The breeze coming In Off the sea was welcoming on a 30 degrees day So pleasant to just enjoy the day with either family or as a couple Definitely recommend a visit here Nice...

The campsite did look very basic (I had a good walk about) if you are used to French or Spanish static caravan Eurocamp/Keycamp type campsites, but this is Cyprus and it is on the beach and in the trees. The reason we were there was because of the beach and the beach bar. A laid back and relaxed atmosphere with...

There used to be much more shade from the eucalyptus trees. The shower heads are mostly broken, the toilets rarely clean. There is much noise from campers late at night. No one from the management is interested in keeping the rules that them selves have put down. It's a real shame as the place in a great location and maybe...

We love to camp here, the beach and surrounding area is beautiful. Facilities for showering/toilets need more attention. We avoid going in July and early August when it's very busy, it can get noisy too with loud music. Apart from that it's great!

Absolutely fabulous location and with some investment could become an absolute gem of a campsite. All ablution building really need knocking down and replacing. Doors, sinks, Taps etc as a minimum need maintenance / replacing. People very friendly but can get busy in summer and noisy from pubs and clubs close by.

Polis camping site is not what it could be. The good: It is located in a beautiful spot by the sea and near two of the most beautiful parts of Cyprus, Akamas peninsula and Paphos forest. It has a very decent beach bar/restaurant with a basic menu. Nice and cheap food and drinks. The sea right next to it is...

This campsite is in a beautiful location, right next to the beach, not to far from shops and places to go and eat, there is a bar on the beach that serves food and drinks. However, this is spoiled by the noise. We arrived on a Thursday, we were told at the bar that they usually close around 11pm -...
