Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have been coming to Arinsal for a number of years as our family has grown as it has been perfect for our children to learn to ski. We have stayed in the Princesa Parc in a family room, the Diana Parc in interconnecting rooms and the St Gothard in two rooms, I wish we’d tried the Sant Moritz Apartments sooner! Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, one with an en suite, and a separate bathroom with a very spacious bath. There is a sofa bed in the spacious living/kitchen area which splits into two single beds. So much space compared to staying in the hotels with 3 children and even better to have separate rooms. The only downside is there is no dishwasher but hardly the end of the world.
It is in a great location, close to the gondola and the supermarket is on the ground floor. Our apartment was on the roadside, facing the Derby Irish pub, yes there was some noise but not enough to stop anyone sleeping after a days skiing!

We have had at least 10 self-catering ski holidays. So we know what is needed. Sant Moritz apartments were designed by a competent architect, who also knew. Decent size, proper amenities, fittings and layout. Very comfortable. Good supermarket located in the building (shop in your slippers). We asked the SM staff for a transfer to the slopes at Ordino-Alcalis (must-do trip) and they provided one for a very reasonable price. All other customer attention first class. Very good own ski shop in the building. Restaurants and bars and telecabine up to the pistes right next door and over the road (Surf Arinsal for terrific steak). So easy and friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Sant Moritz is located a couple of minutes walk to the Gondola in Arinsal. Perfect after a hard day on the slopes. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. You can collect ski hire equipment on site. Furthermore there is a supermarket in the building, and a lively bar/restaurant serving authentic chef cooked dishes at a reasonable price., Above all: the staff througout the business were super friendly and efficient. We will be back.

I enjoyed staying here, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the mountain and the river right under the window a nice bonus. Downstairs is a supermarket, and around are restaurants and right next is the teleferic. You can also park your car for free behind the building where there's a large parking lot, or pay and park underground. Staff was very nice too!

We stayed as a group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers - 6 bed apartment was perfect. Two bedrooms, sofa bed and two bathrooms so it was big enough for us. Also had kitchen and dining space. There is a boot room for the people in the apartments which also saves space.

Apartment was above the ski hire shop and a 2 minute walk from the ski lift, bars and restaurants were also close by. We didn’t notice much notice from the bars but we were there mid-March so it was quiet anyway.

Would recommend for anyone looking for budget friendly accommodation in Arinsal for a ski weekend. I will definitely book again when we return.

Great hotel, very comfortable. you have all what you need at the same building or very close, supermarket, bar restaurant, laundry service and lot of parking outside. the hotel is about 10 min drive from the Pal Arnisal site, and there is a gondola 2 min walk from the hotel. at night the village is not very busy (very different from Pas de la case) but the restaurants and bars are full and the atmosphere is very good. Grandvaleria sites are within 1/2 hour drive but at the rush hours is will take more.

Central location near restaurants and gondola. Good rooms. Staff service excellent. There was a mix up on rooms upon arrival and the staff dealt with this right away. Only negative - poor wi-fi which is a challenge with teenagers!

Stayed here in February for a family ski holiday. We managed to get a last minute one bedroom apartment for our family of 5. Ideally we would have loved a 2 bed one but these were all booked. The apartments are so central-few steps to the main telecabin area. They put an extra bed in our apartment at no hassle and a lovely large clean apartment. Apartments had an oven and small hob. Heating and shower was excellent. We were on the street side so unfortunately a couple of nights quite noisy from bars opposite and downstairs but didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday.

Second visit to these apts. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean apartments. We were on the road side this time so had a couple of really noisy nights. The location couldn’t be better, near the gondola, supermarket and bars/restaurants.

We have just returned from a week at The Sant Moritz Apts and highly recommend. The rooms were spacious, and while basic, they had everything you need for a self catering break. Everything is on your doorstep if you stay here and the staff were excellent.
