Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a wonderful week at Hotel Peretol. Perfectly located at the centre of the Grandvalira ski area - with Ski in / Ski out..! Manager and staff are great, bar is cheap 2.50 for a beer. Only thing that could be improved is the quality of the evening meals, but a minor gripe really considering the price paid

What a great location to be able to Ski in and out of the Hotel with access to all of Granvalira slopes. Also access to Grau Roig and beginner area via shuttle if there are beginners. This is not the best thing about this place, Laura, Michy, Conrad, Adri the chefs and all the rest of the team could not do enough for us. We were a large group and to accommodate us with everything from lift passes to meals was a great level of service. Breakfast and evening meals were great. Rooms and bar all perfectly adequate. We will be back again next year for sure.

Cosy “chalet feel” hotel next to the snow park. Due to the snow conditions (piste closed) we were not able to ski in/ out but the hotel had a regular shuttle that came on demand and was really convenient nonetheless. The hotel staff went above and beyond for our entire stay. Unfortunately my husband had an injury in the middle of the trip and they did everything to make sure that we could have a nice relaxing time for recovery. They were also very mindful of dietary requirements and had lots of tasty options available. The bar area with a fire and sofas is great to relax in the evening. If you want to go out in the evenings a car is easiest, but we were happy to relax at the hotel have drinks/snacks at the hotel bar / eat at the hotel. We booked via total chalet full board options and will definitely be back for a future ski holiday! Thanks again Laura, Conrad, Michelle & team.

Hotel Peretol, including Laura and her amazing team - especially Bruno and Lutxi, was the perfect place for our group of 18. The whole team looked after us so well including booking 18 seats at a local restaurant, advising on everything from car parking to ski routes, aswell as arranging our lift passes and ski hire prior to arrival. The hotel is in the perfect place if you like the fun park and allows ski in ski out. It's a little way out of town, but this really wasn't a problem as the bar is well stocked, and with a group including children we weren't too interested, but if you are keen on going into Soldeu it's only a 3 minute drive. A bit like other reviews, I'm loathed to race too much in case it gets too popular and we're unable to book again!

Brilliant team here, with Laura the boss! Great place for a family or couple - we were a family group of 10. The lift to get across to 210km of piste is 10 metres from the hotel!! Can’t beat that! The ambience in and around the bar and restaurant is perfect. The staff will do anything they can to make your stay perfect. There’s plenty to eat and drink, with a good and varied menu. The skiing was excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

I'm reluctant to give a good review for Hotel Peretol, because I don't want it to get booked up before we are able to book our next trip!! It is an ideal location with button lifts that take you straight to the slopes and a run that takes you all the way home again at the end of the day. The booking process was easy and both Laura at Total Chalets and Laura (only a little confusing) at Hotel Peretol were great. All the information needed was readily available and any questions were answered promptly. The whole team at the hotel were friendly and helpful and we can't thank them enough for making our holiday one to remember. Thank you Hotel Peretol and Total Chalets, we'll definitely be returning!!

Laura and the team were amazing!!! They drove us to and from ski school every day. If you’re more experienced you can catch a button lift in the morning from the hotel and ski all the way back to the front door in the evening. Rooms and en-suites were clean and tidy, food was great, bar was open until late and the fire was always roaring away. The staff were really friendly and helpful and Laura was on hand to answer any queries or offer help if you needed it. Nothing was too much trouble - we’re already planning next year’s trip!!

Simply amazing! Super friendly staff, nice and clean room, restaurant and bar in the hotel itself, wifi for free. The peretol snowpark is right opposite, and it's open till 9pm, which is a dream if you want to extend you ski day, at no extra cost! You can go up to the main ski resort (Grandvalira) from there (2 T-bars, then chairlift), avoiding queues and waiting time. Parking on site, bus not far away. I forgot my jacket in the wardrobe and the sent it back to Spain at no extra cost.. what can I say... GRACIES!! Absolutely recommended! I'll be surely coming back!

Homely, comfortable, friendly chalet hotel. Excellent customer service and kids well catered for. Transport to the gondola at times to suit, organised ski school, lift pass etc. Listened to feedback on meals and were happy to accommodate all our requests. Would definitely visit again. Host Laura is superb!

What can I say. This is a fantastic hotel. I ski a lot and this is absolutely one of the best ski hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The wonderful staff (Laura and her team of Alan, Juli & Lucy) couldn’t have made our stay any better. It was like being welcomed into their home as a family member. Nothing was a problem and we were always greeted with a huge smile every morning noon and night. It’s such a cozy welcoming hotel with a huge open fire that’s perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. There is a great buzz in the bar apres ski and drinks are really well priced. The unbelievably superb quality of food from their amazing Chefs is well beyond the hotels 3* status. I’m just sorry I didn’t get to see them to tell them how amazing it was when I was there. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Our room was beautifully made up each day and we had fresh towels several times through the week. We were lucky enough to be there over new year and the hotel made a massive effort with again fabulous cuisine and lots of champagne. This hotel is proper doorstep skiing too. Literally 10 steps to the first button lift from the ski room. The high speed chair then brings you right to the top of the mountain in about 10 mins. I just can’t praise the hotel enough for making our stay so fantastic. We will definitely be back next year. My only fear is that people will realise how great this hotel is and availability will be limited. When we left hotel on our final morning at 5:30am the staff had left us a packed brunch to take with us that included the attached (picture) note. I think this says it all!
