This was our first visit to the hotel, while it is an expensive 5 star hotel, we were staying in a deluxe harbour view room. We arrived early due to Easy jet changing our flights, however we were greeted by the duty manager, and were impressed with his kindness. He said our room was available at 1.30 pm and he had upgraded us to a corner suite for our 4 night stay. The room on the 5 th floor was beautiful and well appointed .
We found all the Staff well trained, efficient and very helpful.. we had been in our room about 1 hour when there was a knock on the door and , we were given a beautiful box of chocolates and a fresh fruit plate with an accompanying letter wishing us both a happy 50 th anniversary. Thank you once again. A lovely surprise
Congratulations to your team

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed and pillows were perfect, and the view out over the port was fantastic. The room was five stars. We also loved the location, but I have to take a star off (from what was otherwise a perfect stay) because the breakfast was just okay for the price, and the staff in the restaurant were not attentive despite there being many of them. It took a good ten minutes to get someone’s attention for a second cup of coffee.

Location in the very heart of Monaco directly on the Quay with the huge yachts.Breakfast combined with nice Staff was Excellent, Le Mome restaurant is popular and you need to prepare 100€ for dinner/ person. The hotel is not really new, but clean and cosy. From Nice You can use a helicopter 200€ /seat + taxi from Heliport, Monaco, bus line 80 for 20 € or TER train from Nice San Augustine train station for 5,90 €, is like 5 - 8 minutes walk from Terminal 1 , and 7 train stops/ 21 minutes. to Monaco/ Monte-Carlo train Station . Choose lift upside for the upper location or escalator downside to the port. Every choice is right, but Helicopter or train TER I woulld recommend.

Dear,

For a 4 star hotel and 250eur rate per night (without breakfast/standard room) I was extremely disappointed with my stay. During the whole stay, I felt: uncomfortable, not welcomed and looking forward to leaving.
Upon arrival I was asked to pay for the room directly (as the card my employer used online to pay for the room was not under my name - fair enough but at least inform the client before their arrival next time, as the booking was done over a week before check in).
Once I received the key, I went to have a smoke outside and when I came back into the lobby, the receptionist yelled at me from his desk: “Madame, your card didn’t work, I need another one” - Of course my card worked after he bothered to asking me to enter my pin. I found this extremely humiliating and unprofessional.
I stayed for 3 nights and for 2 days my room wasn’t cleaned but the mini bar refilled ??? (only the first day).
The first night, housekeeping passed around 6 pm asking if I wanted cleaning services and I declined as I just came back after a working day; the second night, reception called at 9 pm to offer cleaning services, only after I complained. Shouldn’t housekeeping come in the morning/afternoon while guests are away? Unless the guest leaves a “do not disturb” sign on the door? (Which I did not).

Moreover, every morning at 8:05 am a horrible drilling noise was coming from next door and the bathrooms floor didn’t stop trembling. I believe the noise came from the workers next door but nothing was done to inform the clients about this inconvenience.

In the end, I was offered two coca colas, one breakfast and three bottles of water and zero apologies for their mistakes and unprofessionalism.

The only positive remark is the F&B team that were professional and friendly.

As an employee for a large company that send frequently sends guests to Monaco, I have requested to black list this hotel from our travel office department and I personally will NEVER have to set foot in this hotel EVER again.

The hotel overlooks the Marina.
If you walk out of the bottom floor your dockside.
If you walkout on the 6th floor you are a short walk from the Casino.
Rooms are large, breakfast is good.
The valet parking is very efficient.
The best thing is the staff, they are all well trained and all permanent staff. Very polite knowledgable and always seem to anticipate your needs.
The rooms are large bright fresh and immaculately clean.
There is a supermarket about 400 yards right out of reception where you should buy the things you might want in your room. 4 euros for a coffee sachet is silly. There are cups a kettle and a fridge in the room.
You will love the place if the building work next door is finished.

This hotel is perfectly positioned, all rooms overlook Monte-Carlo harbour with views of luxurious yachts. It is a 10 minute stroll to the famous Monte-Carlo casino and a short walk to the train station and bus services outside the hotel with taxis available within a minute. The hotel is immaculately clean and the restaurant is beautiful with views overlooking the harbour. The staff were extremely helpful and we are looking forward to a return visit in September as we enjoyed the hotel so much. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst in Monaco - the rooms were clean and modern, and the view of the harbour was incredible. Staff that we encountered were attentive and friendly. The only issues were the noise, as you could hear the music from the restaurant upstairs, and also the breakfast, which was €29 per person. We had a look at what was on offer, and it was incredibly limited with little to no vegan options outside of tinned fruit, so we opted to have breakfast elsewhere.
Aside from that, it was a great place to stay, excellent location right by the harbour, and within walking distance of many of the sights.

Fabulous hotel with amazing views of the harbour! Excellent and friendly staff, superb welcome on arrival. Rooms exceptional, very comfortable and well equipped, spotlessly clean! Very large and comfortable bed with well equipped bathroom.

We were on our honeymoon and received a lovely welcome gift of chocolates and wine upon arrival to our room - fab touch!

Fabulous bathroom with a deep, whirlpool bath, separate shower and separate toilet!

Location was perfect for exploring Monaco and views were amazing and the fact it sits on the Grand Prix track was iconic for avid F1 fans!

Only slight issue we had was sound on TV minimal (we didn’t need it so didn’t do anything about it) and the lights took a bit of getting used to as so many switches and working out which operated which lights!

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Monaco!

TV stopped working in Saturday. Informed reception Sunday morning-told me it wil be fixed during the day. Came back at 19:00, TV still down. Reception told me, technician is on his way...went out for dinner at 20:00, reception told me technician will arrive in 21:00...came back at 22:30, TV still down.
Things may happen, but lies are unaccaptable. If a hotel is not able to fix a technical problem within decent time, it is not of high quality...apart from that lies are a "No-Go"!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, they were the epitome of kindness and consideration, and very professional. The views were amazing and the room service excellent. Loved every moment of my time spent here. To the Clean fresh towels, the lovely Lanvin products in the bathrooms and the excellent selection of snacks/drinks. Stay here, I promise you'll love it!
