I recognize that I had high expectations before staying here. I am a big fan of its famous breakfast in Vienna. Check out and Check in were both very lengthy due to the queue. Only one person at the reception during rush hours (saturday afterrnoon and sunday morning) is too little. The chip card is not very easy to use....

Dear Guest, we appreciate that you have taken the time to share your thoughts with us. Our maxim is really very simple and is made to fit an innovative, contemporary approach to travel: at the Daniel the modern traveller finds everything he or she needs to stay fast and flexible. But nothing which will prevent or restrict their mobility. To...

Terrific and efficient contemporary design. Plenty of room to be comfortable with good luggage accommodation. Very clean + excellent WiFi. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a balcony. Quiet and right next to the train station and public trams. 15 minute walk to the Innere Stadt. If every hotel was so well designed – it would be...

A very fancy hotel with an interesting interior design. Bathroom walls are glass. the breakfast was very fine with good food. No closet or anywhere to put clothes, only something made of fabric. In the room there is no chair, just a bench near the window. There is a table you can wheel over the bed to put a drink...

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your review. We appreciate that you have enjoyed the design and also the breakfast to the fullest. That’s right, we have no wardrobe to offer our guests something extraordinary – of course you can find hangers in the room. What a pity that this didn’t come to your satisfaction. We are looking forward to welcome...

We chose Hotel Daniel mainly for its location - right outside the train station for our 2-days stay in Graz. It was even closer than how it looks on map - you exit the station, turn your head, and there it is - It was great to see after a 6-hours train ride! It was extremely comfortable and clean. The...

If you like to provide entertainment for your travelling companion - the glass wall of the shower is perfect. For a couple of a certain age, we have been there and seen that and do not necessarily need to do it again before breakfast but you can always roll onto your side and sleep for another few minutes. So there...

For €95 (approx 106$ at this writing) you get a "concept" room. That means, the sink is in the room, the same sliding door glides to close either the toilet or the shower but not both. The bedroom facing wall of the shower is entirely made out of clear glass. This means you will be showering in full view of...

My husband and I have stayed at Daniel on more than one occasion, before eventually moving to Graz ourselves. The rooms are modern, the hotel is located directly at the train station, near the center (it's a 15min. walk to the main square), there are parking spaces, and the breakfast offer is great. My husband's aunt and uncle stayed there...

This is a cool hotel only 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Graz. It is right next to the main train station which is handy if you are doing a quick stopover like we did. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Tastefully taken back to basics, moving away from cumbersome hospitality and towards the uncomplicated and a sense of well-being - this is what Hotel Daniel has specialised in. "Smart Luxury" perfectly caters for today's travellers and their requirements: Intelligently equipped rooms, with a timeless, aesthetic design, 'rain-dance' showers in the daytime and free WiFi all over the building. Check in is looked after in the espresso bar, which is open 24 hours and located in the generously sized hotel loft. With a fireplace in the lounge, it's also the perfect place for relaxation and reading or for business, which is already fun by breakfast time here. After all, the breakfast is the best in the city. The Daniel is within 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre and busses and trams run from next to the train station. Or explore the surroundings with the vespas or the original Piaggio Ape Calessino from the Daniel's own 'vehicle. ... more   less
