The location of the hotel is very good: close to the centre, the river, Murinsel, Art Museum, Schlossberg, about 10-15 minutes on foot to Jakominiplatz, a transport hub, from where trams and busses go in different directions. The hotel itself is simple, I would say. I stayed in a suite, very spacious, on the last floor, with a balcony, very... More

Welcome to the hotel you'll talk about for a long time. The room doors are portals to the past, since the rooms are clearly from the 60's. Big empty rooms, no fridge, no minibar, old creaking and not so comfortable bed. Creepy bathroom reminiscent of old hospitals where disturbing experiences happened. Shower that consists of a bath with a shower... More

The hotel has a very central location with friendly staff. It is a simple hotel, but ok if you just need a bed. The breakfast was pretty good. There was no Aircondition, so was a bit hot on warm days and with a pub just outside it was impossible to have the window open in the night.

The hotel is cheap, in a good location, and worth its money. My room was spacious, bathroom small and cheap-ish. The fan in the bathroom would not turn itself off. Luckily, there was an extra door between the bathroom and the bedroom, so i could sleep at night. Oh, and no aircon. Hot nights are pretty bad...

It was cheap and that's why our group choose it. I didn't expect a luxurious place but i was a bit surprised by how basic my room & bathroom was. The bed was rather comfortable however i found the bathroom really outdated, and in need of a renovation. The breakfast was fine, the staff were ok, not over friendly but... More

The hotel was a nice small Austrian hotel in a beautiful little Austrian town (219,000 people). The hotel was nice, but very European (no A/C, no shower curtain, no English TV stations). They also has a power outage one entire day. I wish I knew that was happening as I needed power to conduct business. For a business trip, this... More

This is a budget hotel, so all you can expect is a clean place to sleep. Mattress was uncomfortable, but acceptable. Bad part was that there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the mattress. Hotel is supposed to be completely nonsmoking, so that is not acceptable.

We stayed at the hotel 1 night. The location cannot be better, it is in the historical center, you can walk everywhere. A lot of good restaurants around. Our room was simple but clean. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of food for everyone. Restaurants and bars around were noisy, but it was Saturday evening. Staff is friendly and helpful, price... More

Was in Graz for business and stayed here one night over the summer; it's a bit of a hike (maybe 20 minutes) from the train station, but doable if you pack lightly; the hotel is a typical European hotel: sparse small room, well kept, but dated; it is very close to the old town, really just a block from the... We found this hotel to be rather pleasant. While the rooms were a little small, it was about what you should expect in a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the old town (just across the river) and we were fortunate enough to be there the weekend that they put on their version of October fest, so the... More
