I was in hotel Srtrasser for one night only, but I had good rest there. Hotel has very good location, it's 5 minutes walk to the main railway station. It has it's own free parking lot, which was really convinient after a thousand miles travel. Hotel is really clean and the rooms are quiet and cozy. Service is great! I...

Very nice place to stay. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to Graz old town on foot. The hotel has its own parking with securoty cameras but can sometimes get overcrowded. The breakfast is just enough and ther are choices. A small negative thing is that the if your room is on the main street side during the day...

The hotel looked nice, it is not exactly downtown, but Graz is small so it is not a big deal. The staff was kind and effective, and the room was clean. However, there is nothing more than this. The bed was really uncomfortable, but maybe that's just me, and the walls are so thin I couldn't sleep more than 30...

Located some 15 minutes walk from the old town Graz, the Strasser is a budget hotel well suitable for a quick overnight stay. The sleep quality is easily a bit questionable, since there is no AC in the rooms and the traffic noise prevents opening the windows. The surroundings are also a bit on the shady side. On the more...

One block from the station and trams, very easy to get around. The first man on the desk was a little pre-occupied the ladies were quite pleasant. It was apparently unusually hot but leaving the windows open meant the smell of smoke from downstairs was strong (not unusual in Austria) and the traffic loud. We didn't have breakfast here, as...

Convenient location to the train station. We arrived by hire car and had a connecting train the next morning. Was less than 500 m walk with our bags. The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff friendly. Good value for money.

Due to an unexpected accident my wife wasn’t able to walk therefore we had to leave a day earlier. Our reservation was made under the condition of a special „Prepay and non refundable”However, I was aware of the fact that in case of unexpected medical conditions it is only up to the hotel’s goodwill (this was also confirmed by the customer...
