We had a wonderful stay here in June 2016 with our family of four: 2 adults, 2 kids (10 and 12). We had a cozy little apartment with two bedrooms and a small kitchen, which was perfect! The balcony overlooks the mountains. The rooms were clean, and Frau Steiner was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. Frau Steiner...

Dear guests, It was so nice to have your family in my house and it was a pleasure to give the lock to your daughter to fix it on the bridge! Thanks for your wonderful review! Best wishes Rosemarie Steiner

We stayed in the apartment. The views out the balcony were gorgeous. Frau Steiner is quite a gardener too, her flowers are lovely. Please be aware that you are a 15-20 minute bus ride into town. We had two very good meals at the restaurants nearby, which was great. We did have a bit of a problem with mosquitos. The...

Dear guests, thanks for your great feedback! About the mosquitos I could tell you that there are 2 plugs in the room, only to ask for new leaves, in front of your room would be a table with spray against mosquitos. Even a fan is always available just near your room. Please we are always available for problems and fell...

We just returned from a trip to Salzburg, Austria and had a lovely stay at Haus Steiner. The owner Rosemarie was a joy to get to know, helpful and accommodating. Haus Steiner is a very cute, Austrian style B&B just outside the city center of Salzburg but very easy to catch the bus into town. The bus stop is just...

My wife and I recently stayed at Haus Steiner with our two teenagers. It is a very lovely B&B with wonderful views of the nearby mountains. The Steiners were very accommodating and breakfast each day was great ahead of our explorations of the Salzburg area. The house is located a few kilometers away from downtown so that it is close...

Frau Rosemarie Steiner who owns the property was beyond wonderful; she was friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. We had two rooms and stayed two nights. I was pleasantly surprised to find out our rooms were cleaned and had new towels the next day, she runs her place more like a hotel not a hostel. Our family only stays...

If you are planning a trip to Salzburg, Haus Steiner is THE place to stay. And Rose Marie Steiner is the hostess to know. Her inn is just far enough out of downtown yet close enough by public transportation to be a working base for exploring. The rooms are charming, clean and very comfortable. The alpine views spectacular. And now...
