This pension is located just some 15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Salzburg in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice rooms, very kind staff, excellent breakfast, free parking, ideal for weekend city trips. Their triple rooms have third bed of full size.

This hotel is fabulous. Cosy, homely atmosphere. The room was clean and a wonderful view. The staff and owner were absolutely wonderful. Made the stay the best of our trip. Close to the public transportation. Breakfast was nice. Next time would bring the kids along. They would enjoy playing in the garden.

We stayed at numerous places in Austria, but this was my favorite one. Why? It felt like home. The rooms are clean and organized, and the balconies overlook a small garden in back. The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to help us . Breakfast is included and was fresh and delicious. We decided to stay...

My wife and I recently spent a short break in Salzburg, and took the recommendations of previous reviewers to stay in this family-run hotel. We were not disappointed at all. Lovely location overlooking the mountains in a very peaceful setting on a hillside to the southeast of the city. The walk into the old town on the left bank of...

Set in a residential area with a private garden, this is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. Most rooms have a balcony and the dining area is flooded with natural light. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the food beautifully prepared. We're sorry we didn't get all their names, but Maria was superb. I don't know when they had time...

Staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean. Rooms were on the small side, but were fine. They had a baby cot for our child (toddler) and a high chair at breakfast. The breakfast was truly outstanding. Great stay!

This is without doubt one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. It is run by a very friendly lady and her team who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic - a 15 minute walk from across the river into the centre of old Salzburg. The hotel...

The hotel is a family hotel which is managed by a daughter and a mother. We arrived and found a warm welcome. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing since it's close to the old town (10 min walking) and is located up the hill in the middle of green fields, beautiful houses and you...

We wanted to be close to Salzburg but not in the middle of the city noise and parking hassles. Haus Arenburg fit the bill perfectly. Situated on a hill above Salzburg, at the end of a quiet residential cobblestone street. It was an easy and peaceful 10 minute walk to town. Great views from our room (be sure to request...
