****The following is an update to our "June 2023*Couples" review from 'ThomasSitges'.
In that review, we gave Villa 3 Caparica a glowing 5 Stars. It's now 15 months later, and we are pleased to say that Villa 3 has maintained the very high standards that we appreciated over a year ago!
Our overall continued impression of the Villa 3 experience is one that is consistent and exceptional, exceeding our expectations.
The entire complex at Villa 3 is very well maintained, as if everything within has been recently groomed, trimmed, repainted, refurbished or replaced.
The resort rooms at Villa 3 remain immaculately clean, and furnished with sturdy beds, comfortable mattresses and fresh linens that feel new.
The entire team at Villa 3 continue to be welcoming, courteous, and respectful with all of their guests.
There is a very friendly vibe at Villa 3. Expect to make new friends from their varied clientele of cuddly and playful men representing all different ages, shapes, sizes and colors.
Will we return in the very near future to Villa 3? Absolutely!
Why? Villa 3 Caparica has built a solid reputation whereby its guests can expect a consistent and exceptional experience.

We were very happy with our choice- location was great to enjoy the beach and get into the city - Lyft was very affordable and easy. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and pool side was a nice plus. Overall it was a great fit for us.

My husband and I stayed at Villa 3 in July23, after not going on holiday for a long time. We couldn't have chosen a better place to go, the staff was welcoming and helpful, we must mention the owners and the guy that works around the pool, nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool and gardens are beautiful. The room is the perfect size and has all that you need, a comfy bed and a powerful shower. Breakfast was very good with freshly baked croissants, local cold meat and cheeses and freshly squeezed orange juice. This place is ideal if you want to relax and explore Lisbon non-touristy spots. We will go back for sure.

Sauna is 2m x 2m. Steam room bigger. Both owners were punishing me for not paying 185 euros plus tax for a room. I explained to them that was outside of my budget. Told me I could not use the gym which consisted of two cardio machines and a broken set of adjustable dumbbells. One guy who did pay that much for a room was talking to an owner who didn't even look up from his phone. They should not be in customer service. "You can't bring in water - you must buy it here". Not in every other sauna I've been to in Europe. They are not truthful and they accuse customers of lying. Two night minimum at the hotel because when people find out the most substantial food served is a ham and cheese sandwich, they want to leave. They will drop the two night minimum if asked. Located next to the highway with no bars, restaurants or grocery stores nearby - even with a car. Their cheapest room is 116 euros plus tax with no TV. I recommend getting a room downtown Lisbon and just paying 20 euros for a day pass - after eating lunch. The place is really boring after the day visitors leave.

We are very happy to have this review here so other guests can see the kind of people we do not want here. Somebody from Wilton manors who complains that the cheapest room in the nicest Gay *** hotel in Portugal and has no respect for other guests or the house rules … A little Google search … failed candidate for Wilton manors mayor, in court for a fight with a drag queen. O my god we were lucky you left without starting a fight here. We treat our guests with upmost respect but people behaving like you are very toxic for our business and for the reputation of your country. You wrote me in your mail your budget was 100 euros. ROFL for a Wilton Manors resident ! You got upset that your budget did not allowed you to stay with us, came for a daypass and complained about everything, walked around with a bottle and did not even put it away after we asked you too. Maybe in trying to keep the place safe and pleasant for our guests we cannot tolerate behaviour like yours. Only when we said we were going to call the police you backed off and left. And you are very right, we are very unhappy owners when we have to deal with somebody that behaves like you.

Way before we've arrived Marcus and the whole team ( Fernando/ Nando & Eddy) made us feel very comfortable upon some requests ( parking our car in their premises, booking massages, express breakfast, just to mention a few!) ! The weather could have been better but these days everything has change and there's nothing we can do about it ! Thankfully we've had an incredible time to restore batteries and keep our journey back home ! Highly recommended and will deffo return !

A Special Experience, we were looking forward to returning to Villa 3 and we were not disappointed. The owners and staff are the heart and soul of this establishment and there is nothing that they won't do for you to ensure you are happy and enjoying your time there. The villa is immaculate and the cleaning staff are always working. Breakfast is ample and the coffee and orange juice are excellent. The rooms and facilities are first class and it's brilliant to have the jacuzzi, steam and sauna onsite. There is a good mix of people visiting lisbon and relaxing in the villa and the beaches are nearby. Ubers are quick in response and reasonable. Local restaurants are plentiful and you don't need to into lisbon for a good meal. Snacks and sandwiches are onsite. Thanks from us to everyone especially Paulo, the cleaning staff and our hosts Eddie, Fernando and Marcus. See you all again soon.

If you like to do relaxing without much people on the beach is a very calm place to do.
You have a warm pool with salt- Water, whirlpool, sauna (also in sommer) and if you wish a awesome relax massage. Ask for it at the reception.
Bartender bring you the drinks to your place if you wish, but you can go to the bar.

This is a very nice property. The rooms clearly have been redecorated recently. The pool area is lovely. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It’s gay and clothing-optional. The other guests are pleasant and well-behaved - much more so than in many gay resorts. I highly recommend getting a massage, but bring cash for this as it is the one thing that cannot be charged to your room.

This resort has incredible facilities. The food was delicious, the rooms are very spacious and the entire villa was spotless. However, the best part was the hosts and staff! Big thx to Fernando, Eddy and Marcos. Partner and I loved our stay.

Wow! These guys have put a lot of thought and effort into their resort and the business model they operate under. While we were there while they were just coming out from under the Covid 19 restrictions, we nevertheless had a memorable and pleasant experience.
Eddy and Marcos made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. Fernando kept everyone happy with any requests he received at the breakfast and drink bar. And their dog, Benji Manuel, greeted each customer silently and walked them to the reception area.
The place is immaculate, the rooms are clean and modern, the pool and jacuzzi were super clean and sparkling and the foliage, plants and trees have been carefully selected to make this place looks like a tropical paradise. This place is a must-stay if you are every in Portugal. Our only regret is that, due to Covid restrictions, the spa and sauna were still unavailable. But we plan to go back soon. For sure!
