We stayed for 5 days and we were not disappointed. The location is good and anything you would like to do and all transport is walking distance. The recommendations for restaurants were good and the staff was friendly. Rooms were serviced well . The breakfast variety was good and all food fresh . The only improvement i would recommend is...

Quite big rooms with confortable beds and also a big bathroom. Super friendly staff and perfect breakfast served in the rooftop bar which is a must and you can also drink there something at night. It is also perfectly located just in the city center. Love it!!!!

What we really liked about this hotel was the location. The price is high but it's worth it. The breakfast is amazing and the view from the 5th floor is great. The rooms are very well equipped and reception is very helpful and friendly.

The Penz is a great and very clean Hotel in perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. Great restaurants are around the hotel. The breakfast is just amazing. I give 4 stars only because there is no gym or spa at this place. Other than that I would definitely give 5 Stars!!!!

We went for a short weekend trip to Innsbruck and stayed at The Penz hotel. Great choice because we were totally satisfied. The hotel location is perfect - you are in walking distance to all attractions. The entire hotel staff was outstanding and very friendly and we felt welcomed from the very beginning! On the 5th floor there is their...

Overall a good experience. Unfortunately I had to change rooms on the first night. The room was rather hot (as are all hotel rooms in Austria in the winter!) so I had the window open. There was however (unbeknown to me) both the recycling and delivery entrance underneath my window. So at 4am it sounded like a million glass bottles...

This is a great choice of accommodation for visiting Innsbruck. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Old town Innsbruck. Right next door is a gallery with shops and restaurants. The hotel also share an underground parking with the gallery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, though, simply decorated, was very comfortable. The breakfast room and bar...

Having been to Innsbruck before we deicide to book the Penz as we had admired it on the last trip. I am so glad we did. From the moment we arrived to the minute we checked out the whole experience was fabulous. Rooms warm and comfortable with plenty of space. Clean room and Bathroom, and the treat of a chocolate...

The location of the PENZ was perfect! It was about a block away from the craziness of the more touristy areas, but close enough that everything was needed was just a short walk away. The rooms were fantastic, probably the most comfortable beds we slept on while on our trip, and the heated floors in the bathrooms were a very...
