From each of our apartments in Innsbruck we look out onto the mountains that surround this city of sport and culture. At the same time you are living in the middle of Nature and from your holiday apartment you start out for the dense network of woods above Innsbruck. That is very convenient for you. We ourselves also live in the same house and that is another advantage for you because it makes us readily available if you have any questions. Activities around the Kasperhof The setting of our holiday apartments makes possible the incomparable experience of staying in the middle of Nature combined with all the attractions of the Olympic City of Innsbruck. In just one minute you can walk to the bus stop of line H and after a journey of just a few minutes you are back in the centre of the history-rich city of Innsbruck. From cultural treasures, like the famous Golden Roof and the Imperial Palace of the Habsburgs, you can cross the city to the Berg Isel.

The residence has a lovely position, great views and surroundings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Three negative points are; 1. I hate remote check in. It gives the impression to guests, we want your money with the least amount of effort or inconvenience to us. It isnt how I do it at my business. I could hardly hear the owner over the intercom each time a car went past and if owners are doing remote check in they need to know all the correct words for numbers and # signs, in most used languages , ( in English # =, 'Hash', in American English, 'pound sign"), the confusion and frustration which ensued was a negative first impression. 2. The heating would not go above 22 degrees. Warm enough if you walk around, but not enough to sit. 3. And more importantly, on the afternoon of my arrival, after a long drive, I wanted a siesta, but the thumping and drilling from the vehicle workshop below travels through the building. Furthermore on the morning of my departure,, after an evening of not sleeping well, and falling asleep about 05:30, I was woken at 07:13 by banging and knocking in the garage or below. This is not acceptable. If an owner operates a vehicle repair garage from below the building where guests are trying to relax, they either need to say that the property is above a vehicle workshop in the advert, and there may be early morning noise, or not start work there until later in the morning. I was very very annoyed Sadly, although the residence is lovely and convenient for me to visit my friends, I wouldn't stay again because of the two points mentioned. …

A very nice trip in this beautiful and quiet place between the Alps and the sport walking in the beautiful forests that this accommodation and this family deserve the highest degree of welcome and service where they provide clean towels daily and I enjoyed this place more than any other hotel thanks and appreciation to the owners of this hotel.

I loved my recents stay at the Kasperhof Apts in Innsbruck. Super well located about 100m from the H bus that arrived very close to the old city in about 11 minutes. Beautiful apartments spotlessly clean and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very highly recommended!

Sometimes you walk into a place and it's amazing, then after a while you gradually notice things wrong. Well not here! Kasperhof is stunning at first sight, and just gets better and better. Fantastically well appointed, spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen, hot tub on the balcony (we stayed in suite 7), comfy beds, spotless bathroom, elevator for those to shattered to manage the stairs, and boot heaters in the ski storage cupboard in the basement. The views from the room are spectacular. There are probably a dozen ski areas within an hour's drive, with the closest less than 15 minutes. You can see it from the balcony. The owners/staff were charming and spoke much better English than my German. I suspect that in the summer this would be a knockout place from which to do walking or riding holidays as well. Our apartment could easily sleep 4 adults, maybe 5. …

The apartment was perfect for our 3 night get away. Our hosts were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My husband and I stayed in Top 7 which has a private hot tub with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. It is perfect for anyone that wants to explore the local hiking, skiing, sledding, etc. during the day, then come home and watch the sunset from the hot tub. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen ready for making full meals. The onsite parking was convenient. Restaurants, sledding, and hiking are within walking distance. It was a great stay.

We spend one week in apartment 4b. The unit is recently renovated, very spacious, and well-equipped: everything is there to help you spend a relaxed week. There is a balcony with a beautiful view on the mountains. The living room has a very large sofa to chill out on, and 2 people can also sleep on it. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom is nice too. The whole apartment has floor heating. The kitchen is new and has everything, even a dishwasher. You only need to buy your own food, which can be done in a supermarket at 10 minutes’ walk away. If you do not feel like cooking, there are two good restaurants nearby. Innsbruck’s city centre is easily reachable by bus, which has a stop at the apartment. Walking takes 30 minutes. Many beautiful hikes through the mountains start right behind the Kasperhof. Innsbruck airport is nearby, but one is not bothered by any noise (The apartments are well isolated too, as we did not hear our neighbours either). Highly recommended for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Innsbruck.…

We (a couple) spent a several days in Apt 6 at Kasperhof recently, and we could not recommend this location more highly. The apartments are situated a brief bus ride from the centre of Innsbruck, with well-stocked grocery stores within walking distance of the apartment itself. The apartment surroundings are quiet and serene. The stables next to the apartments sets a wonderful scene returning home after a day in Innsbruck - it's almost hard to believe the town is so nearby when you leave the bustle behind. What must be highly commended is the attention to detail paid by Petra. She is wonderfully warm and welcoming, and has clearly put in a huge effort when designing, decorating and arranging the beautiful apartments for visitors - even down to preparing an activities pack for our stay and leaving consumables in the kitchen for our first day. She was very kind and made sure all our needs (clothes washing facilities, public transport directions, activities) were met at all times. Highly recommend, and hope to return again - thank you Petra.…

We spent a week at Kasperhof Apartments and we cannot fault this place! Everything was perfect, including the management. Special mention to Petra, who couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. Absolutely exceeded expectations and we cannot wait to return.
