I went here to celebrate my partners 30th. We were absolutely blown away by the food provided. We went half board and so had breakfast and an evening meal. Without these the holiday would have been so much more expensive and it was great to be set up for the day and get back of an evening and know that...

I have snowboarded in Austria over 15 times in the last 10 years, so I hope that my positive review of the Bruggerhof comes well qualified. The Bruggerhof Hotel is a lovely family run hotel just outside of Kitzbuhel. I travelled with Crystal Ski as a single occupant and I was really pleased to have been put in a double...

We stayed here as a family of four during the February half term. We found the staff very helpful, the food good and the spa and pool fab. The rooms were a bit dated as said in the other roe views but very clean and plenty of room for ski gear. All in all a very pleasant holiday - I...

Forget skiing here; we visited in the summer of 2014. So if you are into walking or cycling this is for you. The Hotel Bruggerhof is on the outskirts of Kitzbuhel; a pleasant walk of 20 - 35 minutes from the town centre. Or if you can't be asked, there's a minibus that runs from the hotel every morning. The...

Booked through Crystal with a group of 7 friends, we decided on Hotel Bruggerhof near Kitzbuhel. There are the odd dodgy reviews on TA but you should always take a place on the overall reviews which are generally good. Yes its not walking distance to Kitzbuhel but a ski bus up to Kirchbach is short and not as busy as...

After a few years break, we decided to book a family ski holiday to Kitzbuhel in Austria with Crystal ski holidays. This was our first visit to Kitz and although loved the resort/hotel/variety of ski runs we were extremely disappointed with the service of the crystals reps within resort. The hotel was charming and with access to the spa included...

This was our third visit to the Hotel Bruggerhof over the last 23 years and always had fond memories of previous stays. However, we were very disappointed in our room. We were stuck at the rear of the hotel, which was unfortunate, but the room and furnishings looked very dated; carpet old and stained, bed in almost a state of...

I have been staying at the Bruggerhof as I am involved with the british triathlon team. A really well positioned hotel, four minutes walk from the lake (swarzersee) black lake. Swimming here costs four euros, but on the far side of the lake, it's free to get in. The hotel staff are really friendly, and really appreciate the odd word...

Myself and a friend stayed here for 5 days in March to enjoy some skiing in Kitzbuhel. My first impression was lukewarm -the hotel was a bit outside of the town (not a big deal, since they have a shuttle to/from the slopes -but it precludes from strolling to bars or restaurants in the evenings), the reception was courteous but...

Stayed here feb 2014 for a weeks of snowboarding. Ski bus pulls into the hotel car park (5mins to lifts). Hotel itself was nice; mostly Germans and Austrians (no Brits which made a change). Very clean and staff were all very helpful. Room was basic but a good size. Everything worked and kept well. No WiFi or internet in room....

“The hotel is close to the road and if you pick a room with a balcony, this may face the road. There is no lift, so be aware that you need to climb 2 flights of stairs for the upper floor.”
