Really friendly & welcoming chalet staff. Wine with the meal was free but questionable quality! Location was excellent 2 minutes to hannekahm . Evening meal was simple but hearty. We would definitely stay there again.

The chalet itself was basic, clean and cosy - but that's all you need when you're on a skiing holiday. What made this absolutely exceptional were the Crystal chalet staff, who could not do more to make the holiday the best ski break we have ever had. The cooking was first-rate and every evening meal was a pleasure to look...

Arrived here the first weekend in February. First time in a catered chalet and very impressed. The chalet staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. Great team and really friendly. We had a couple of birthdays in our party whilst there and they gladly provided a cake each time. Food was superb; good choice for breakfast, afternoon tea and...

We loved it here perfect location, staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Food was fab and free flowing wine with evening meal. We will be returning next year. The only down side was the bathroom was very small but we were not there for long. Ski school was also brilliant our 7 year old loved his 1st ski trip.

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service we received from the young ladies and the chef at the Karlberger. Nothing was too much trouble and they even arranged a birthday cake for one of our party. We stayed in the family room above the boot room. The room was always lovely and warm with plenty of hot...

The chalet girls & chef were top notch, nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent & rooms were spotless. Towels & sheets changed twice a week. Those extra little touches such as catering for an infant, birthday cake for a birthday & bubbly for a honeymoon really meant a lot. 2 minutes walk to hahnenkamm lift and straight on...

This was my first trip to Kitzbuhel and we had an amazing time. I booked chalet Karlberger as it offered good value and excellent location for our group of 26. Our group was a mix of ages from 25 to 60, skiers and none skiers and everybody had a fantastic time. The girls running the chalet this year were all...

A large group of us stayed here at the beginning of this year and every aspect of our experience at this chalet was fab. The staff are so friendly and really make an effort with you, getting to know you throughout your stay and can't do enough for you. The food was just sensational, considering it's a 3 star, it...

Having stayed at the Crystal chalet 'Linda' last year, we knew what to expect to a certain degree. I cannot stress enough...THIS IS A 3 STAR CHALET in an old Austrian building. If you are after 5 star luxury, then jog down the road and add 2 or 3k to your holiday budget!! The Crystal team were all very friendly...
