The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location for the village and ski area was very good. The hotel is no frills but acceptable, you don't spend much time there if skiiing anyway. The meals were basic and adequate bot at breakfast and dinner.

Small family run hotel in the centre of Westendorf, couldn't complain about anything. Great value for money, breakfast included. Has a lift just outside the room to the ski room. Would return again. Apartments are also available.

Stayed here for a week recently with a party from Shearings. This is a family-run hotel and the proprietor and her very small staff worked extremely hard to do their very best for the guests. They were polite and friendly and Atilla (not sure of spelling of name) worked extremely hard acting as waiter for breakfast and dinner every day...

My friend and I booked a holiday with a coach company to The Hotel Theresianna, Westerndorf, September, 2011. We arrived in the village to our typical austrian hotel. The family run hotel was excellent in all respects. The management and staff were attentive and helpful, creating a wonderful atmosphere. We booked half board and weren't disappointed. The meals were varied...
