Perfect apartment! Beds were sooo comfortable. A gorgeous apartment with 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and a coffee machine! Location was in the second district but it was only a 15/20 mins walk into the main hustle and bustle and there was a tram and train station very near. Absolutely nothing negative to say. 100% recommend.

We have stayed seven (7) days and it was a perfect apartment, location and proximity to the city centre. The 4th floor apartment is modern, fully furnished with laundry facilities on the 5th floor (+gym), and close by bakeries, supermarket and cafes. Great stay for one day or a week or a month.

Concerning the entrance for handicapped guests, it's a pity You havent contacted us before or during Your stay - we could offer a ramp to avoid the stairs and to leave it in the luggage-room on the ground floor. Concerning the stop to pick up the keys and to deposit a luggage, usually there is no problem to stay for 10 minutes for this purpose. Surely, in this district of Vienna the street could be very busy during the office hours and we are sorry if You have faced some inconveniences directly upon Your arrival. We were 5 friend’s who organized a trip to vienna for 7 days in august, we are so glad that we booked this apartment. Firstly the location is amazing its 10-12 minutes walking to the city center where you can find all the restaurants and the bars also the famous stephan platz where all the shops of the famous brands. Its so comfortable to reach and there are many train and bus stations around. In the apartment you can find all what you need, the location is perfect in a calm street. There is a laundry room in the building also the apartment is 2-3 minutes walking from the supermarket /pharmacy. I really recommend this apartment;)

My wife and I stayed in an apartment on the top floor for 2 nights. We arrived into Vienna central train station and Rafael Kaiser was around a 15/20 minute walk. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious clean apartment, which included everything we needed including kettle, hairdryer, espresso machine, fridge, cooking hobs, microwave, smart tv. Bed was very comfortable, shower & bathroom very clean & modern. Vienna is a beautiful city which I’m sure we will visit again, and will definitely stay at Rafael Kaiser when we return. Very highly recommended!

We were blown away by our stay at our Rafael Kaiser appartment in Glockengasse. We'd booked the smallest appartment but there was plenty of space for two of us.
It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, perfectly located near all points of interest in Vienna - we walked everywhere, and we were surprised that there was a cute little balcony with a romantic view of the Vienna rooftops, we hadn't expected that.
The appartments are new, condo-style, but they are in a charming old building, so you get a little feel of what it's like living there.
Highly recommended, couldn't believe we had somewhere so nice for the price.

Great apartment in a large, old corner house (with elevator) in the Karmeliterviertel, a cosy multicultural neighbourhood with narrow streets, terraces and small restaurants. Very well served by public transport (tram and U-Bahn). The rental organization has a number of apartments on the top floors of the complex. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including a common area with washing machines and dryers for you to use! Washing powder is available and here you can also grab extra Nespresso capsule pods in different flavours. There is a small money box where you can leave a tip for the cleaning ladies without obligation, all right! The apartment has a compact, but well-equipped kitchenette with excellent possibility to prepare your own meals. There is a Spar supermarket a short walk away. The roof terrace with lounge set and view towards the centre was the proverbial 'icing on the cake'! For visitors who come by car, it is good to know that it is difficult to unload luggage in front of the door of the building. Parking in the street is not possible, but the rental organization had reserved a parking space for us in the underground parking garage nearby. Everything was well organized, including communication. Highly recommended to visit Vienna, we will definitely come back!

Our lovely one bedroom apartment was perfect. We had all the equipment we needed to make a simple meal on the hob or microwave. The apartments are in a great location, just a 15 minute walk from St Stephen's Cathedral. The tram and metro line are a couple of minutes walk which makes getting around Vienna very easy.
We loved Vienna which is a beautiful city full of interesting buildings and fabulous art galleries. We can definitely recommend our stay!
